UFC Fight Night: Thompson vs. Thatch (February 14, 2015)

Perfectly predicted the opposite lol.....head WAS in the ballpark though....he looked undersized/weaker.....Thatch got more of a push

everyone KNEW all along, for certain, that Thatch has the size advantage...

the problem is that everyone just ASSUMED that Bendo MUST HAVE a compensating cardio advantage...just as most people just ASSUME that a blind person automatically MUST HAVE compensatingly superior senses of hearing and smell when compared to a sighted person...

I'm banking on the surprise of the fight to be that Thatch has outstanding cardio himself...the fact that he hasn't had the need for it yet (because of his power) will be shown to be dramatically beside the point.

So if Bendo "survives the early storm", people waiting for Thatch to automatically gas relative to Bendo may get the cruel irony of "just more storm" to continue for as long as the fight lasts.

the weigh-in "stare-down/"stare-up" was one moment (re: just how much bigger "much bigger" really means)...the other was the "geography lesson" that Hatch lives at altitude (re: oops, just because he's never been in deep water, doesn't mean he's not supremely prepared for it)

Agree BUT you give people too much credit.....People did KNOW it but seeing is believing.......it def had an OMG he IS that much bigger type of ring to it....for me atleast somewhat....I knew he was bigger but DAMN....I agree w the cardio...just bc he hasn't been out of round 1 in 8 years dosent mean he cant do it...
