Rangers get a shot at Anthony Bass today. Bass has given up at least four runs in five straight starts in which the opposition has topped five runs by game's end in each. After a good start at PETCO, Bass has seen three of his last four find the opposition scoring five or better where he has given up four or more in three of those. Rangers haven't been the most consistent road team in the league, but they have been good against average-below average pitching and still average about five runs per road game.

Some reverse logic here. Weaver has received a ton of run support this season from his offense. All four of his home starts have seen the Halos score at least five runs. Overall, nine of his eleven starts have seen the LAA score four or better. Perhaps the Angels pop a boner tonight for his return and continue this streak. Saddle up.Comment -

Phils get Jeff Francis. Francis has given up four and eight runs in his 1st two starts back with Colorado. The Rockies have given up at least five runs in 11 of their last 13. Phils have scored seven in both games of tis series and have five or more in six of their last eight.Comment -

Kendrick has given up 16 earned runs in his last 16 IP over three starts. He's having trouble getting deeper into games, which should give Tampa looks at a Phils bullpen that has a so-so 4.35 ERA.Comment -

Didn't like that one. Ross shut them down once already and he has been fairly decent in most of his starts lately to where teams don't seem to score over four. I think it pushes at-best. Good luck though, someone needs to hit one!Comment -
