All Star Game Over/Under 8.5????

how does pitching work? Like how long do they keep the starters in before the other pitchers play?

NL pitching is just outstanding. Hard to cap the All-Star game usually. Using the 8.5 o.u if you look back over the past 5 years the Under would be 4-1 against that total. Seems like the era of high-scoring ASGs may have faded a bit...
