No play on cubs under...big over ump and the phils are hitting righties too well right now...pass on that one.
I am thinking about adding a unit to the dodgers under and still have the brewers on my radar. GL...
Damn...I actually wanted to take the Brewers but I was playing with the baby and didn't get it in on time
I bet that one cashes now for sure...

That's also an awesome story because it gives us some insight into Colon's offseason. Instead of drinking beer and eating doughnuts like we thought, he was actually training pretty hard and working on getting better. That definitely changes my thoughts about Colon somewhat. However, I do remember his days in Chicago where his work ethic was questionable.
Colon is having a great year, and like I said earlier, it's not luck. His BABIP and LOB% are right at the average. He's just pitching well and perhaps someone we should give more deference.
Anyway, thanks for the story...pretty cool.
, remember he does have his last shot at a decent contract now too! Contract year anyone! I could go on, but I don't like to dish dirt, keepin' it positive .

We have a huge under ump tonight in this game. Plus Baumgarner is just awesome with top 20 MLB stuff in FIP (ranked #4 MLB actually), xFIP and tERA. De La Rosa is young pup that is highly regarded in the Dodgers system and has performed well so far. He is top 60 in FIP, xFIP and tERA. Most importantly, both pitchers throw a ton of ground balls with GB/FB's over 1.5. Finally, the Dodgers are on a huge under streak right now, are hitting poorly (BA under.200 in last ten games) and are facing Baumgarner. Therefore, I'm rolling with the under here for 2.5x. Good luck!

I generally don't play 5 inning lines. I feel there is too much fluctuation and if you take a good bullpen out of the equation you are actually lessening your odds at winning. The Dodgers have a top 15 bullpen, while the Giants are top 5, so I see no reason to worry about the extra innings blowing the under. Just my opinion though, so good luck if you play it

I lean Rangers, big time. Ogando dominates Chatwood in most stats. However, I have a sinking suspicion this is a bit of a classic "trap" (and I hate using that term) game and no play for me. No lean on the total in that one. It's hard to take unders with Texas and it's hard to take overs with Angels.

He are my remaining leans:
Brewers ML (tough to bet on gallardo right now though)
Cubs under (heat big factor)
BoSox over (not at 10.5 though)
Indians ML (tough to take the tribe against a decent lefty and to win again after yesterday)
Dodgers/SF under (looking good right now)
Rockies ML (jiminez better at home lately)
Good luck...I will post any further plays as I make them...
Boy...it's days like this I hate trying to be more selective because we potentially could have made a killing today. We already cashed the Marlins under, and the except for the Boston over, it's looking like all of those other leans have a pretty good chance of cashing at this point.
Oh well, let's just get this Dodgers under and hope the Nats can come back for a big day.

Damn...Baumgarner gave up three runs in the top of the 3rd...the under is cooked. Plus, Zimmerman struggled in his start to the Astros and the Nats are about to lose. Sucks
When you add that to the fact that all six or whatever of my posted leans cashed, I am just a bit frustrated. Time to close the computer, not look at this crap for the rest of the night. Great day, turned into a crap day in the matter of 20 minutes.

Yeah man, one of those days. I had my worst day this season. Good thing about bases though is there is plenty to dive into today and put yesterday behind us. GL today man let's get that green.

That's it bud...gotta stay positive and just know what I am capable of, what I have proven over a large sample size and that I will end up highly profitable before the seasons are over. Between WNBA and MLB, I just can't put it both together in July. I've gone from a high in profits exceeding +50x in MLB, to a low of around +23x now, all just in July. In WNBA, I went from a profit of +15x, to a couple of units down, all just in July. If I am profitable in one, I lose in the other, or I just do not win in either. It's crazy. I have never experienced such a tough month as these first 19 days of July. Hopefully, these final ten days or so will be all profit and we will win back what I lost. The good part is that despite this horrible month so far, I remain healthily profitable for the MLB season. I just need to get back to that +50x point and blast right by it.
I always remain positive and believe in myself and nothing has changed despite this horribly July. I just wish the inevitable hot streak that is coming, would come already. It get frustrating, but I will end up on top.
Thanks

MLB 7/20/11
Play #1
Cincy/Pit under (7)(+100) 1x (Locked)
I think everyone expects the Cincy bats to wake up today, but I like Karstens. Even though his advanced stats show that he has been a bit lucky this year, I think that luck continues today. The Pirates have momentum going right now and that positive mojo should apply to the game today. With Cueto pitching well and Karstens pitching well, I think we see a low-scoring, intense affair that will be surrounded by a playoff like atmosphere. Both pitchers use control and ground balls to succeed and I see that coming through today. The ump really doesn't have too much of a lean but is 8-11 o/u on the year with a 62.8% strike rate. I will rolll with the under here for 1x. Off to work and I will post the rest of my plays as soon as possible after making them. I probably will not have time for writeups, so my apologies. Good luck to all today!

Definitely playing the under in today's SF/LAD game. All 8 of Lincecum's unders have ended under 5 runs. 5 of Kershaw's 9 unders have been under 5 runs. Both will be pumped to face each other today in an early game after a night game. I like the under despite the low total.

Lean over in Boston/Balty, but that line is too high at 10.5...at least for now.
Lean under in Cubs/Phils and SD/FL.
Interesting card today. Perhaps a bigger one than yesterday...
