Just wondering here...It appears that often we get these large ML's (which determine the days play) based on the pitching match-ups such as today with Doc H. at -240/-120. I usually always put my play on the "listed pitchers" (ensuring that they start) rather than "game action" just to bet. Do most of you do the same? Thoughts?

Your correct- In Australia I use TAB- it's the gov book- the publish payout as "price". So for the Yanks -1.5 I'm getting $1.90 meaning every dollor I bet and win I get back $1.90 . For -1.5 I like it to be at least $2.00- That way it's even and also easier to recover a loss.

I was going down the list of Wednesday's games and I saw Colorado at -175; I'm glad the Rockies are NOT the play today. What's the deal with posting -175 odds on a pitcher who, six weeks into the season, has 0 wins and an ERA of nearly 6?
