For those that have been on board all year it is going great and they would be up if a series loss occurred

If someone just now jumped on board and the system had a loss it would not be pretty

anyone just now getting on board needs to be aware of the dangers and tread with caution

I have been following for a week now and I thought I understood the FAV system. However this doesn't seem to be the case. I know Rev broke it down on page 1, but if someone could expand on that it would be appreciated.

Can't believe Texas flushed that one down the toilet last night....!

Go onto any odds tracking site. My favorite is sbrodds.com You look for the team that opened as the largest favorite at Pinnacle. For example, the Rangers opened at -220 at Pinnacle for today's games. That was the biggest favorite for today. Then, you just take that team and calculate the -1 run line, the method for which has been described countless times on the thread. Last night was an A bet on the Rangers. Since they lost, and the calculated -1 run line was at -199, you would then place a bet today on the biggest favorite (again the Rangers) to win your 1 unit that you want to win, plus however much you lost in the first bet. B2W posted that anyone that got in on it at -199 would have risked 1.99 units to win 1 unit on the A bet, thus, you need to wager enough to win 2.99 units on the B bet tonight. If they lose again tonight, then you'll need to wager enough to win your 1 unit for the series, plus the 1.99 you lost on the A bet, and plus the 4.92 you would have lost on the B bet. Hopefully it doesn't get to a C bet in this one.

I see TB and Tex both opening up at -220 on SBR Odds. I wish I took TB last night. Wow 4-0 lead blown. Any way you have probably gone over this before but where do you pull your offical opening lines for posting they play of the day?

I get them from SBR, but from the pinnacle lines.

They were both listed at -220 on the far left opening lines, but when you open up the pinnacle lines they have TB at -205 and texas at -220 for the opening lines.

Odds

Las Vegas Sports Consultants who send opening odds out to almost all sports books in Nevada and offshore hung the TBR at -190 and Texas at -220.

Exactly. Here's how to do it, guys. It makes it really easy to see everything. When you go to sbrodds.com, click on settings in the upper right. Then, under global setting, make Pinnacle the opener/closer line. Then go to book order and order it however you choose. The two books that I use online are the Greek and Bookmaker, so I have Pinny as my first book, and then those others as my second and third. It makes line tracking really easy.

I didn't know you could make pinny the default opening lines

I was having to manually check the highest ones each day to be sure I was getting the right one

just changed my settings

hm ya but I thought the -225 was some kind of mistake first... BM says -250 opening but they don't have it online yet and 5 Dimes opened @ -313... Don't know what they are doing though

Those low lines were put up yesterday before Cliff Lee was starting for the Rangers. Don't feel like you missed the boat on getting a good line on the Rangers, pacok; it would have been canceled had you done listed pitchers or it just would have been re-booked had you gone with action.

I feel like the opening line for the Rangers would be considered as the -310 that Pinny had once Lee was the announced starter. Bookmaker is going to have their line up for the Rangers game after 8:00AM PDT.

Your "C" bet amounts are going to be interesting with a line over -300... I am also facing a "C" bet in my system (much smaller risk) and who knows if Lee brings his best stuff on a quick trip in...

For the first time in a while I was thinking of switching to TB... but still considering Texas as the system pick for me too right now....
