Hi G,

We decided to open the thread up a bit for more picks and discussion because not many people were posting and it was getting really boring talking about the daily FAV as the only subject matter...Balls 2 Wall has been doing a great job (thanks again Balls) at posting the daily FAV for us along with the subsequent record after the REV left us....so that is why you will see postings offering different comments on game selections...hope this clears it up for you or anyone else who may be a tad confused as to what we are doing on the thread recently.

Although BAL has the worst road record of the two dogs' road records and would normally influence me to pick the Det game for the FAV choice...I went the other way and chose TEX instead...my logic was that although the Det game may have the better pitching match-up....they struggled last night with BAL before they finally pulled the win out ...meanwhile TEX bats were hot last night as they pounded CLE into submission...they may be on a roll here and have Cleveland's number...so I went with TEX...however, having imparted that probable misguided tidbit of logic for all and sundry to see...I am hoping that CLE doesn't come roaring back tonight doing their "Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned" routine and trash my most likely flawed logic...so that's my 2 cents on the matter...

The question to ask is... Since Cleveland has already won a game in Texas, will they win another? Unlikely...IMO. In the Baltimore and Detroit game...Detroit has taken the first 2 of 3. Im thinking Baltimore has a shot at winning and not getting swept. So I'm going with Texas tonight for my Fav pick. GL all.

Hey, guys, it's been a little while since I came by. I didn't want it to seem like I just ran away after the loss last weekend. I think I got too caught up in trying to be a capper and I didn't realize that I'm not actually a capper. I thought I'd cool it for a little bit and take a little break. I've been making a few little plays here and there, but I thought it might be a good idea for me to just try out this method before losing any more money. I might keep playing the Fav system, but I might just try and make my own plays and track my progress. I think for the second half of the season I'm just going to be tailing TA in "No Rainouts Here," he's pretty consistently positive. I'll be stopping by here and there, though. Hope Texas is able to pull it out for you.
