We do have unders, but very rarely. At lease with overs you are never out of it until the last out. Have a good 4th yourself

I've been trying to figure out how to take this into account effectively as well, but without an auto importer/scraper of data it seems like an awful lot of work. Usually I just take the bullpen's overall numbers into account unless I know a starter was pulled early in the previous game or the game went into extra innings etc. Great stuff.

I look at the amount of bullpen pitches the previous day and the last 3 days. Also, the last 3 days of bullpen innings pitched. I look at the home/away bullpen ERA. Also, I look at the average number of pitches for the starters, since if they average over 100 pitches, the bullpen will be less of a factor and if it is in the low 80s the bullpen should be a bigger factor in the influence of the bullpen. I also look at the closers and rate them. I blind myself of any other factors for these plays, so they are only based on the relievers. I tried predicting which relievers would be inserted in a game, but I did not have too much success with that so I no longer do that.

NOTE: That's it for the Regular Play, however I like pretty much all the Reliever Plays, (I can make a case for just about all of them) but I want to limit my Regualr Plays to just a couple a day until after the Break.
