***** Totals and Sides *****

For over 40 years I've been capping bases, mostly totals. This year we are adding sides also. We just finished a plus season in the NHL http://www.sportsbookreview.com/foru...otals-p16.html that you can check out.

We will try to remain very disciplined. We don't chase and we don't do parlays. If you follow we recommend playing 2% of your bankroll on each play. Remember, baseball is a very long season. There will be the inevitable slumps, but our goal is to be profitable at the end of the season. Will we? Only time will tell but if not, it won't be from a lack of effort.

We are old school and do not have the time to deal with haters. If you don't like what we are doing go to another thread and rant, not here please.

One last thing, we will rounding up/down the lines to the nearest even 5 number. Example, if the line is -118 we'll post -120. If it's -117 we'll post -115. This just makes our calculations easier.

For the season and the playoffs, it was 103-77 for totals only. I did not do sides.

And totals are set about a run higher it seems than last year.

Or maybe good - I thought this was the best-looking Under of the day at U 8.
Wood respectable and Peavy has done well vs LAD in career and pretty steady at home.
Giants also may be a big fatigued having traveled a good part of yesterday.
Wind has not really been a big factor I have found in mlb.
Rivalry game should be pretty tight and a couple of Dodgers sluggers not in the line-up.

The angle is Peavy is a gas can that can get rocked for 6 in the first couple innings with the Dodgers hot bats and SF has a chance to do real damage to the lefty Wood. 6-4 type game. My 2 cents anyway.
