Sorry, just saw your question. The relievers have pitched quite a bit the last two outings which would favor the over, but the weather favors the under (48 degrees wind blowing in 10 MPH) and there are quite a few under trends. Good luck on your play.

Fairly rested relievers, though that did not help us last play, both are "under" teams, lots of "under" trends and good "under" umpire trends. Weather none factor.

8-10 YTD -3.25 units

No play on the early game.

It was a tough one to pass on th over: Many over trends, wind 20 mph OTC, over umpire, however a very rested relief staff along with some other reasons not to play the over.

No Plays For Wednesday Night

Would have taken the Milw/Cubs under...... Under ump, under trends, wind blowing in from center 20 mph, air index 71, rested relievers, temp 49 degrees. The problem with this one IMO, is that there is a chance of rain and that can affect the starters, plus the Cubs could score 7 runs themselves off or Jungmann, so I passed.

You can play the Under 2 for Brewers! In 3 years betting, never seen a team total that low.
Even 2.5 I've seen a couple times already this year. We're getting down to nhl team totals with Arrieta, Kershaw, DeGrom

However, the number of runs scored in games this season so far is insane. What can that be attributed to?

Officially there are no plays tonight.

Note: In hockey this year I gave out the regular plays and my "Opinion" Plays. These were plays that came very close to an official play but one criteria that I look at did not match up with the rest. (The "opinion" Plays were 26-19 in the NHL this year.) That seems to be happening a lot in baseball this season, especially with the cold weather. The trends, umpires and other factors I use are pointing one way, but the weather is pointing the other and makes me stay off the game, so I don't release it. Like yesterday afternoon, one factor, a rested relief staff, kept us off the game, and it won.

Therefore, I think I will give out my "opinion" Plays for those who do their own handicapping and may want a bit more info before they make their decision.

Opinion Plays:

Stl/AZ over 8.5 -120
Chi/Balt under 9 -125
Atl.Bos over 8.5 -110

There are reasons, as I said, why they were not plays. Yes, there were a lot of reasons for those plays, but there was at least one reason not to play them. I don't think I could have been any clearer. If you don't get it, don't follow. Spend your time to take a remedial reading course instead of gambling.

FYI: Trends, relievers and the home plate ump, (see below) all favor the over.
Over is 5-0 in Fairchilds last 5 games behind home plate.
Over is 5-0 in Fairchilds last 5 games behind home plate vs. San Francisco.
Over is 5-1 in Fairchilds last 6 games behind home plate vs. Cincinnati.
Over is 13-3 in Fairchilds last 16 Tuesday games behind home plate.
