Good luck today and thanks for the email. FYI, tennis has been slowed down. Didn't get a good feeling right at start of tourney and sure enough the ladies side has been crazy off the start while the men were solid. One side with upsets.. the other with none. I jumped on two live plays recently and won. Then posted two here and sure enough the ladies side is still bonkers so I lost.

Before that round, Joe. There was no upsets at all. 1st time in US Open history that all top 16 seeds made the 3rd round. Case closed.

Bumgarner in for Lincecum. SF -150. Double A call up from Conn. Sally League MVP last year in Georgia. Pitching well in AA, but there is a note on some lost velocity lately.

I liked it a lot without the pitching change, now I might have to buy a couple of beer! LOL!

Anyways, I called them and now they are telling me that the risk amount stays the same, but it will pay out at the new price, does that happen in every book?

Thanks for asking. There was a little bit of drama going on in my life. Also, I am in general easing up on the end of the baseball season. I am more or less paper playing postseason. I posted before that had I played postseason I'd be back at 60 or 70 units by now! Always good to hold what you earned and be cautious.

I'm on the same game TEX GM1 (looking good), and I have ATL 5 units in addition to the parlay.

Do no apologize for not doing your write ups man. You have been a great asset. Also, bumping that shout out to our boys: Mexi, Karma, Vegas, Oda, Renagade, ankah4, Axis (wish Hufster was still with us). Who am I forgetting. GJ boys. I'm still lurking around here. Hope you got the Texas and ATL plays in. Think tonight will be positive.

Oda, I have no clue to be honest. Never had that situation as my plays are canceled if there is a pitching change. Maybe, someone else on here may know.

It depends on the book. My book does not give you a choice. Play was cancelled as soon as they took it off the board. I believe BODog gives you a choice. Several books in Vegas do too. (Learned that one the hard way). Rule of thumb, always specify listed pitchers for action.

I hope you guys took the TB moneyline and the under in the TB/NYY game because Price threw 5.7IP 2H 1ER his last time facing the Yankees and he has a 3.66 ERA 1.01 WHIP over his last 3 starts. Gaudin has a 7.15 ERA 2.12 WHIP over his last 3 and didn't go very deep in the game last start, only 3 innings.

If anyone is on the Baltimore/Boston OVER, then you should feel confident. Buccholz is 1-2 when starting against Baltimore with an ERA of 7.08 and a WHIP of 1.574. Boston is coming off a game where they only scored 1 run with Beckett on the hill. They're back in the confines of Fenway Park.

The book should cancel the play if you put in a bet and there was a pitching change. Most books have that rule for liability reasons.

I called Bookmaker, but they told me that they would not cancel/make changes to the wager. Also, I will be risking the SAME amount. I got them at -260 or -265 I think, so now I will still be risking that to win whatever the new line pays me...

PITCHER SELECTION
If there is a pitching change prior to the game, money odds may be adjusted. If one scheduled pitcher starts against any unscheduled pitcher, "action" wagers will be computed by the opening price with the new pitcher. A pitcher is deemed a starting pitcher after throwing one pitch.
That's directly from their betting rules on their site, so they have to honor it. I'd call them back.

Like, they won't cancel the wager, but the risk amount stays the same but payout will be according to the new price.
