Guts.com Sportsbook Profile: Entry to sportsbook ratings guide
Update to report: Guts switched to their own sportsbook software platform in September of 2015 called iGaming Cloud.
Guts.com Sportsbook was launched on 25 March 2014 following two years of operation as an online casino. Guts.com sportsbook and casino software is provided by EveryMatrix (OddsMatrix). Presently, EveryMatrix holds players deposits and performs processing. Guts.com claims to be in the process of changing this and intends to transact with players in-house in October. During SBR’s review of Guts.com, SBR questioned Guts.com on their association with EveryMatrix. SBR has reported in the past that betting sites under the EveryMatrix label such as Mobibet Sportsbook (SBR rating D-) have taken aggressive stances on sportsbook complaints where it was SBR’s opinion that players were dealt with unfairly. In these cases risk management and player decisions were made by EveryMatrix. Guts.com has stated that risk management and actioning of player accounts are done internally and is open to receiving sportsbook complaints through SBR.
Guts.com (Guts Gaming Limited) is majority owned and backed by Gaming Innovation Group Ltd (GIG Ltd). GIG Ltd is incorporated in Malta with registration number C44319.
Guts.com headquarters are located in Malta.
Guts.com CEO is Robin Erik Reed. The sportsbook have their own own odds compiling team, risk managers, supervisors, and customer service staff. Guts.com has told SBR their workforce is comprised of approximately 40 employeees.
