Win Or Lose NCAAF??

Do they do NCAAF? If they do, are they any good? Maybe a better question is, IS ANYONE A CONSISTENT WINNER IN NCAAF?? It seems like most have a good year, then follow it up with a losing season the next year.

What about NCAAB? It seems that similar things happen there, when someone has a good season one year, the next season they suck. What about Win or Lose?

NCAA football I only played their big plays as they give out so many picks and the kick butt in NFL. According to their site they were 236 - 221 and had a ROI of over 3% which with that many picks is pretty impressive. Not sure about the year before that but they did say they were going to not go with so many teams this year on an average Saturday.
