Brighton vs. Arsenal Prediction: Picks & Odds for Saturday's Premier League Match

Brighton welcome Arsenal to the south coast for Saturday’s top-flight clash, and I'm offering my three best bets for the contest.

The Seagulls enter Saturday’s Premier League match as the highest-scoring side, but I’m backing the Gunners to showcase their defensive might in my Brighton vs. Arsenal prediction

Arsenal are the -145 moneyline betting favorite to extend their perfect start to five straight wins, and I expect them to do precisely that despite playing on the road at Amex Stadium (10 a.m. ET, USA Network).

I’m also drawn to Bukayo Saka, with the Englishman set for another productive offensive afternoon on the south coast.

Who will win Brighton vs. Arsenal

I’m backing the Gunners to pick up their fifth straight Premier League win. Arsenal will flex their defensive muscles and keep their fourth clean sheet of the season in a 2-0 victory.

Score prediction: Arsenal 2, Brighton 0

💰 Brighton vs. Arsenal best bet

Arsenal win & Under 4.5 goals

Arsenal have started where they left off last season, with an immaculate 4-0-0 record and the stingiest defense in the country. The Gunners outscored opponents 8-1 and have kept three clean sheets in four matches.

The only exception came against Chelsea, the top flight’s second-highest-scoring team.

While Brighton should be extremely proud of scoring the most goals through four matches (13), they beat up on basement dwellers Aston Villa and Coventry, scoring nine times.

I have more confidence in Arsenal’s airtight defense than the Seagulls’ ostensibly prolific attack, but I’ve given myself a buffer with the 4.5-goal total.

🔥 More Brighton vs. Arsenal expert picks

Under 2.5 goals

Brighton won’t be able to execute their free-flowing, expansive style against the Gunners despite playing at Amex Stadium.

Arsenal will prevent Brighton, who have the highest possession rate (70.9%), from bossing the ball.

Arsenal beat Aston Villa 1-0 and Sunderland 2-0 in their two away matches thus far, while adding another 1-0 road victory against Napoli in the Champions League

That’s three successive clean sheets on their travels, excluding the 4-2 win over Ipswich in the EFL Cup, in which Mikel Arteta rested several key starters.
