We're backing the Las Vegas Raiders to earn their first victory of the season in Tennessee against a Titans team that was just embarrassed on Monday Night Football in Week 2. We're also targeting another team to get its first win of 2022 to find value for our Week 3 NFL parlay picks.

Making the playoffs after an 0-2 start is extremely difficult to do in the NFL, but overcoming an 0-3 start is virtually impossible. In our Week 3 NFL parlay picks, we find ways to back three winless teams that should produce their best efforts of the young campaign.

NFL Parlay Predictions

Raiders -1.5 (-110)

Coming off a surprising playoff appearance last year, many viewed the Las Vegas Raiders as a prime regression candidate in 2022. The Raiders’ 0-2 start may make it seem like that projection is coming to fruition, but I’m not convinced it’s anything more than a bit of tough luck against decent opposition.

Vegas gave the Los Angeles Chargers all they could handle in a 24-19 loss in Week 1, then fell last week to Arizona on a fumble return touchdown in overtime.

The Tennessee Titans should also bring some urgency after starting 0-2, but their problems are a lot bigger than the Raiders’. Tennessee blew a 13-0 halftime lead at home to the New York Giants in the season opener and then was trampled 41-7 on Monday by the Bills.

Over their last six quarters, the Titans have scored just 14 points, and now they could be without key run blocker Taylor Lewan - meaning Derrick Henry could be in for another tough afternoon.

Jets Under 19.5 (-105)

Through two weeks, Joe Flacco leads the league in completions, attempts, and touchdown passes while ranking third in yards. Does anyone really think that’s going to continue? Regression is surely coming for Flacco and the New York Jets, and I expect it to start in this matchup with a desperate Cincinnati Bengals squad.

Joe Burrow and the offense got a lot of the credit for the Bengals’ success last year, but Cincy’s defense has pulled its share of the weight, as well. In fact, over the Bengals’ last 10 games, the only teams to score more than 21 points against them in regulation time were the Los Angeles Rams and Kansas City Chiefs.

Given Cincinnati’s offensive struggles so far this year, it may take a huge defensive effort for the Bengals to earn their first win of the season, and I expect them to turn one in.

Falcons (-110)

Not many are surprised to see the Atlanta Falcons start 0-2, but some might be surprised by how competitive they’ve been.

Atlanta led the New Orleans Saints most of the way in Week 1 before dropping a 27-26 decision, then nearly upset the defending Super Bowl champion Rams last week in Los Angeles. Yes, the 31-27 final score in that contest is misleading (Atlanta trailed 28-3 at one point), but the Falcons still deserve a lot of credit for fighting back and having a chance to win in the final minute.

The Seattle Seahawks' offense hasn’t scored a point since the first half of its Week 1 win over Denver, entering this week’s action ranked dead last in rushing yards and second-last in total yards. I don’t see that changing against an underrated Falcons defense (15th against the run, 20th in yards allowed), and the sharps seem to agree.

After opening as 2-point underdogs, the Falcons had moved to small favorites, but I still think there’s enough value taking them at a pick’em price to round out the Week 3 NFL parlay.
