Two teams in desperate need of a win meet Sunday when the New Orleans Saints visit the Pittsburgh Steelers. Check out our Saints-Steelers picks.

The Saints have lost three of their last four games. In their most recent loss on Monday Night Football to the Baltimore Ravens, their offense was completely inept for most of the game. They had just six points through three quarters, and they ended the contest with 13 first downs and 243 yards.

Meanwhile, the Steelers have won only one game since their Week 1 upset over the Cincinnati Bengals. Yet, the expectations for the Steelers have been so low this season that they are actually 3-4-1 against the spread.

Here are our best picks and predictions for the Week 10 matchup between the Saints and Steelers (odds via DraftKings Sportsbook and BetMGM; pick confidence based on a 1-to-5-star scale).

Saints vs. Steelers Odds Analysis

The Saints opened as 2-point favorites, but the line has dropped a half-point in favor of the Steelers. The overwhelming amount of cash and number of tickets are supporting Pittsburgh to cover.

The total opened at 41.5, then dropped all the way to 40. It has moved back up to 40.5 at FanDuel Sportsbook and BetMGM. The Under is also seeing confident support from bettors.

Saints vs. Steelers ATS Pick

Steelers +1.5 (-110) ★★

It’s hard to trust either of these teams to win a game outright, but with a spread so small, that is essentially what oddsmakers want us to do. The Saints have been one of the most frustrating teams to bet on all season. One week, they look great, then the next they look like a completely different team.

The Steelers have benefited ATS from a lack of faith from bettors. They have been touchdown-or-greater underdogs in their last four games, and they have covered in two of those three contests. The two games in which they failed to cover came against the Bills and Eagles.

This is going to be a low-scoring game, and that is one that favors the Steelers. As the home team for just the fourth time this season, look for them to find a way to win.

Saints vs. Steelers O/U Pick

Under 40.5 (-110) ★★★★

The Saints have been involved in both low-scoring and high-scoring games this season.

For the Steelers, their one constant since Kenny Pickett took over as the starting quarterback is that they do not score many points. They have scored 20 points just once in their last four games, and they are averaging less than 12 points per game during that span.

The Saints are allowing 25.2 points per game, but the Steelers do not have the ability to take advantage of that. The only way this game goes Over is if the Saints blow out the Steelers. That is possible. However, the Steelers' two losses at home this season were by an average of 3.5 points.

One final note: the Steelers are allowing less than 20 points per game in home games this season.

Saints vs. Steelers Prop Pick

Pickett Under 222.5 passing yards (-115) ★★★

The Saints’ pass defense has been excellent in its last three games. Against Kyler Murray, Derek Carr, and Lamar Jackson, New Orleans has allowed a total of just 438 yards through the air. Only Murray threw for more than 200 yards, and he finished with just 204.

Pickett has played a full football game only three times this season. Against the Jets and Buccaneers, he split time with Mitch Trubisky, and in those games, he threw for 120 and 67 yards, respectively.

In his three full games, he has cleared 222.5 yards twice. In both of those games, he threw the ball over 40 times. However, in their last three games, an opposing quarterback has not thrown more than 30 passes against the Saints.
