I'm making NFL moneyline picks for every Week 6 game, starting with a Thursday night blockbuster between the Seahawks and Broncos.

Two of my three best moneyline bets for this week's slate are underdogs, with the third being an undervalued home favorite.

My best NFL Week 6 moneyline bets

Broncos (+130) vs. Seahawks ⭐⭐⭐

It's rarely pretty, but Denver almost always finds a way to come out on top at Mile High. The Broncos are 17-3 at home over the last three seasons.

They are a home underdog against the defending Super Bowl champs, but Seattle's offensive imbalance puts a ton of added pressure on Sam Darnold in a tough road environment on a short week. A decimated Seahawks RB room will allow the Broncos to put extra bodies in coverage.

As they so often do, I have the Broncos making it ugly and sneaking out with a home victory.

Texans (+124) vs. Jaguars ⭐⭐⭐

A key matchup in the trenches leaves the Jaguars vulnerable to an upset this week.

Trevor Lawrence just lost his left tackle (Anton Harrison) before facing one of the league's best pass rushes, led by NFL Defensive Player of the Year odds favorite Will Anderson Jr. The former Alabama standout leads the NFL with 7.5 sacks this season and has taken down Lawrence in back-to-back meetings.

I'm backing the Texans to get the win in London to drop Lawrence to 3-8 in his career against Houston.

Packers (-118) vs. Cowboys ⭐⭐⭐⭐

The betting value here comes from the Packers not being a bigger home favorite. Green Bay's offense is predicated on explosive passes, which it demonstrated in last week's blowout of the Bears. It will only get easier this week for Jordan Love and Co. against the Cowboys' NFL-worst pass defense by EPA/play.

Green Bay is 44-16 in the regular season at Lambeau Field under Matt LaFleur, a .733 win percentage. The Packers will add to that win total on Sunday night against Dallas.
