The Philadelphia Eagles stand alone at 3-0, undefeated, and atop the NFL standings. Check out our top picks as the Eagles host the upstart Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 4.

The Jaguars have pulled off two very impressive wins in the last two weeks, defeating the Indianapolis Colts (24-0) in Week 2 and the Los Angeles Chargers (38-10) in Week 3. They’re 2-1 straight up and against the spread after their 28-22 Week 1 loss to the Washington Commanders.

After a narrow 38-35 win over the Detroit Lions in Week 1, the Eagles have taken on new life and have flown to victories over the Minnesota Vikings and Commanders. They scored 24 points in each game and held the two opponents to a combined 15 points.

Jaguars vs. Eagles Odds Analysis

The spread has dropped just a half point from the consensus opener of Eagles -7 despite 60% of the tickets and 58% of the handle backing Philadelphia.

The Over/Under has seen considerably more movement, dropping from 48.5 to 45; however, this is reverse line movement as 70% of the tickets and 61% of the handle are on the Over.

Jaguars vs. Eagles ATS Pick

Eagles -6.5 (-107) ★★

This is a tricky line. Last week, teams like the Colts and Dolphins won outright, when much more public favorites were favored by less than a touchdown. The Jaguars and Eagles are both exciting teams for bettors this season, with each posting 2-1 records against the spread.

If the weather is as much of a factor as many are expecting, then that will likely make both offenses one-dimensional. That favors the Eagles. Both teams have solid running games, but the Eagles have Jalen Hurts, who can make something out of nothing on seemingly every play.

If the field conditions aren’t the best, he will be able to run enough to make key plays, while the Jaguars will be relying primarily on an ordinary passing game.

Jaguars vs. Eagles O/U Pick

Under 47 (-107) ★★★★

The effects of Hurricane Ian are supposed to cause 30-plus-mile-per-hour winds in Philadelphia on Sunday. This alone supports the Under. Add to that, the Eagles’ defense has been playing very well since the team's Week 1 win over Detroit. They completely shut down the Vikings, and last week didn’t allow the Commanders to score until the fourth quarter.

The Jaguars just held the Chargers to 10 points one week after shutting out the Colts. Both defensive units are playing great football right now. Despite how well both offenses are playing, the weather should aid the defenses and keep this one from going Over.

Jaguars vs. Eagles Prop Pick

Hurts Over 48.5 rushing yards (-110) ★★★

The Commanders were the first team in 2022 to contain Hurts’ legs. He rushed for just 20 yards in Week 3 after clearing the 50-yard mark in back-to-back weeks. The Jaguars are going to challenge the young quarterback, but once again the weather is a big reason for this play.

Both teams are going to rely heavily on the rushing attack. But when Hurts does drop back, if he is unable to build confidence throwing it, he will have many opportunities to run to pick up yardage and first downs throughout.
