The Patriots are the overwhelming favorite to land AJ Brown, which you can see above by their (85%) chance to acquire him. The Eagles are sitting at just (10%) at retaining him. The odds are heavily indicating that he will be moved, and the Patriots are the team that the oddsmakers expect to be moved.

This has been brewing for what feels like a year at this point. The Eagles are not a pass first team, and AJ Brown has been frustrated with his lack of targets. Drake Maye is still on his rookie contract, and the Patriots can afford to bring in his $32M annual salary.
