Monday features the perfect recipe for three talented players, combining a good matchup with opportunity.

Top NBA Prop Predictions

Towns Over 21.5 points (+100)

The Minnesota Timberwolves are dealing with two big injuries in the frontcourt. Starting PF Jarred Vanderbilt as well as his backup, Jaden McDaniels, are dealing with flu-like symptoms and are listed as questionable.

The Indiana Pacers have struggled on the defensive end and have generally been a good team to target with some props. I think Towns, one of the league’s premier interior scorers, should be in a fantastic spot. He should feast down low with Vanderbilt and McDaniels either absent from the lineup or limited due to their illness.

With Vanderbilt off the floor this year, Towns is receiving a 3.2% bump in Usage Rate. Towns is already averaging 23.1 points per game and has scored more than 21 points in three of his last four games. I think this is a great spot. Let's back Towns to get 22 or more points with our top NBA prop picks.

Adebayo Over 9.5 rebounds (+100)

Adebayo has not hit double-digit rebounds in a span of six games since Nov. 11, so this doesn’t seem like the strongest bet to make. However, he has grabbed nine boards in two of his last six games, and on the season he has eight games with 10 or more rebounds.

One of those games was against the Denver Nuggets, who Adebayo and the Miami Heat play on Monday. Denver is allowing an average of 14.1 rebounds per game to opposing centers and has generally been weak inside with the worst restricted area defense in the NBA. This absolutely can happen, and the fact that this is projected to be a close game means there are no concerns over his minutes.

Jackson Over 21.5 points + assists (-105)

Jackson has not only hit this Over in five of his last seven games, he hit it with points alone in two of his last four games. The Pelicans have one of the worst defenses around, but they’ve been particularly bad against point guards, allowing 23.1 points and 7.8 assists per game to the position.

The Los Angeles Clippers' guard enters averaging 17.5 points and 3.8 assists per game on the season. Those numbers would already suggest he should hit this low total. In a very soft matchup, you’d expect him to shatter the Over.

Jackson comes in off a terrible game against the Golden State Warriors (maybe the league’s best defense), which would be why he likely is priced like this. He also struggled against the New Orleans Pelicans on his worst shooting night of the entire season.

Those two performances are outliers. Back Jackson to top 21.5 combined points and assists with Monday's top NBA prop picks.
