The Dallas Mavericks look for a redemptive performance in Game 2 of the NBA Finals, and we're offering our top Dallas Mavericks vs. Boston Celtics parlay predictions based on the best NBA odds for Sunday's encounter.

The result of Game 1 was a foregone conclusion before halftime, as the Boston Celtics wiped the floor with the Dallas Mavericks. Boston won by 18 points in a breezy outing and will look for a repeat performance on Sunday at TD Garden, with tipoff slated for 8 p.m. ET (ABC).

Behind the play of the top two NBA Finals MVP odds contenders, Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown, the Celtics are a 6.5-point favorite against the Mavericks. If Dallas hopes to shorten its NBA championship odds, it'll need Luka Doncic, who is carrying an injury into Game 2, to continue playing at a superstar level.

Along with our Mavericks vs. Celtics player props, here are our best Mavericks vs. Celtics parlay predictions for Game 2 (odds via our best NBA betting sites; pick confidence based on a 1-to-5-star scale).

SGP predictions for Mavericks vs. Celtics

Luka Doncic to record a double-double ⭐⭐⭐

If it weren't for Doncic, Dallas' Game 1 loss could have been a whole lot more embarrassing. He accounted for more than a third of the Mavericks' points, finishing with 30 while continuing to be a rounding threat with 10 boards. Doncic is expected to play on Sunday despite earlier fears that he might miss the game due to a thoracic contusion.

Despite the injury concerns, we're taking this prop as the first leg of this SGP with an eye on his rebounding. Doncic is averaging 9.7 rebounds per game in the postseason with at least 10 in 12 of 18 games, including nine of his last 11. That's not to say he couldn't do it with assists either, as he's finished with at least 10 apples in eight games.

With Doncic having recorded a double-double in 14 games this postseason, these odds imply a 65.52% probability he will in Game 2, according to our odds converter. For more on his Game 2 matchup, dive into our Luka Doncic odds & player props.

Jayson Tatum Over 15.5 rebounds + assists ⭐⭐⭐

The debate around Tatum will never end, especially after he managed just 16 points in 42 minutes in Game 1. But guess what, it didn't matter because the Celtics are that good and Tatum found other ways to impact the game. My favorite prop of the playoffs, other than Jalen Brunson Overs, has been taking Tatum to top his rebounds and assists line.

He was able to do it in Game 1 with 11 rebounds and five assists, and for whatever reason, the odds are longer for Game 2. At this -105 price, there's just a 51.22% win probability, however, Tatum is averaging 16.3 rebounds and assists in the playoffs while leading Boston in both categories.

Tatum finished with 16+ rebounds and assists in 11 of 15 games this postseason, and in seven of his last eight games. For more on Tatum, check out our Jayson Tatum odds & player props.

Jaylen Brown 2+ made 3-pointers ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Even Jason Kidd decided to throw some fuel into the fire, sneakily and smartly trying to derail Boston's dominance. The Mavericks head coach nonchalantly called Brown the Celtics' best player, knowing it would create a media storm. Like Tatum said, "people try to drive a wedge between us. It’s a smart thing to do, or try to do."

Tatum or Brown? It doesn't matter, but Brown is having a strong playoffs on both ends. He's hitting 36.6% from behind the arc, which is up from his regular season number.

He's had eight games of at least two made 3-pointers this playoffs and has gone 11-for-29 in his last four (37.9%). This leg has a 69.23% win probability and brings the SGP to +325. Those odds imply a 23.53% probability each leg hits with a $10 bet paying out $42.50.
