The Knicks limited corner 3s in the second half of Game 1 - which I break down in my Knicks vs. Spurs player props - but they gave Wembanyama plenty of space to shoot from above the break (i.e., not the corners).
Four of his attempts were wide open (6+ feet), four were open (4β6 feet), and one was tight (2β4 feet). The Knicks will likely continue to limit corner 3s again, since it helped them come back on Wednesday, and Wembanyama has not only attempted the second-most above-the-break 3-pointers for the Spurs, but he also makes 44.7% of his wide-open 3s.
