🏆 Who will win Mercury vs. Fever?
Phoenix's hangover from last year's WNBA Finals loss seems to be getting worse, with the Mercury having lost 11 of their last 15 games. Their skid should continue tonight against an Indiana offense that was too much for the Mercury earlier this week. With Clark playing some of the best basketball of her career right now, I'm expecting the Fever to win by double digits at home.

While Indiana has had an up-and-down start, playing the Mercury twice in a row would have almost any team in the W looking like a contender. This Phoenix team is a shell of last year's team and has slipped to the bottom five in net rating (-4.4), offensive rating (103.5), and defensive rating (107.9).
With an offense that's failed to crack 85 points in 12 of 18 games, the Mercury will have a hard time keeping pace with the Fever.
Indiana is No. 1 in PPG (92.1), and top five in effective field-goal percentage (53%) and 3-point rate (39.9%).

After last year's injury-plagued season, Clark began this season a little rusty. However, she's looked like one of the best guards in the league over the last few weeks, averaging 25.6 PPG and 8.6 APG over her last six games.
She's also shooting 49% from the floor and averaging 8.2 free throw attempts per game during that stretch. With Clark shooting efficiently, plus her sheer volume - she's in the top three in the W in field goal attempts per game (16) and usage rate (31.9%) - she's a 25-plus-point threat every night.
That's without even mentioning she's No. 2 in the league in APG (8.2) and assist rate (46.4%).
The Mercury didn't have an answer for her on Monday (33 combined points and assists), and they won't tonight.
