My Wimbledon prediction for the Karolina Muchova vs. Coco Gauff semifinal features the best pick to advance to the final, along with an Over/Under pick.
It's the furthest either player has advanced at Wimbledon, and Gauff is the only one with a major title under her belt. It's basically a pick'em, with Muchova favored by the slimmest of margins. I'm backing Gauff to prevail in a three-set thriller, and I outline why in my analysis below.

Here's my pick to win the Wimbledon women's semifinal, and why I'm choosing Gauff:
Coco Gauff ML (-110)
Muchova went out in the first round in the four previous Wimbledons, but she won four of her five matches in straight sets. However, Gauff has dominated the head-to-head series, winning six of seven.
While Gauff lost the previous meeting in Stuttgart on clay, I'm confident the American knows the formula required to beat Muchova and will return to that successful game plan.
This marks their first meeting on grass, but Gauff won all six hard-court meetings, and the fast surface should favor the American.

Of Gauff's five matches, four have gone the distance. All four of those matches had at least 23 games, and I suspect we're in for another three-set thriller. Muchova has been lights out at this tournament, sweeping aside four of her five opponents in straight sets.
It won't be that easy against Gauff, who fights for everything and overturned a one-set deficit to beat Jessica Pegula in the Round of 16.
Muchova has been so good at these championships that I have a hard time conceiving of her losing in straight sets. Neither player is especially proficient on grass, which should contribute to the parity in this one.
