For the fourth time this season, Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever face off against the Seattle Storm as we offer our Storm vs. Fever prediction for Sunday's matchup, which tips off at 3:30 p.m. ET on ABC from Gainbridge Fieldhouse.

The Storm are favored by 2.5 points to beat the Fever by the WNBA odds across our best sports betting sites, which also have Seattle among the favorites by the WNBA championship odds. But they face a tricky test Sunday against a surging squad at home.

Fever rolling ahead of Sunday test vs. Storm

Fever +2.5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐

If you haven't been paying attention to the Fever, it might be time to start tuning in.

Yes, Indiana got off to a 3-10 start that left some fans writing off the WNBA's most popular team. Then Clark and Co. flipped a switch in mid-June and haven't looked back, winning nine of their last 14 games after Sunday's 98-89 win over the Phoenix Mercury - who trailed by as many as 28 points before some window dressing in the second half.

Clark has been at the center of it all, averaging 19.6 points and 10.7 assists over the last month in a record-setting run for the rookie. She was en fuego again on Friday, dropping 29 points and 10 assists with four made triples.

Can Seattle pull off season sweep?

I have a tremendous amount of respect for Seattle, which was my favorite title bet before the season and has a roster that can absolutely make a deep run in September.

There's a reason the Storm won each of the first three times these teams faced off. But the Fever are playing at a different level now than in any of those prior contests, and Seattle is coming off a lackadaisical 83-81 loss to the Atlanta Dream, who got to the line 23 times and out-rebounded the Storm by 10.

If Indiana was a home favorite, I might think twice about fading one of the better teams in the WNBA. But I simply can't justify laying the points in this matchup - not with the way Clark and Co. are playing after a month off.

How to bet Caitlin Clark player props vs. Storm

Caitlin Clark Over 31.5 pts + ast ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Clark is on an absolute tear, and our best sportsbooks can't seem to keep up.

After a month off during the Olympic break, the No. 1 pick looked fresh and focused in a clinical effort against the Mercury, scoring 29 points with 10 assists after her longest extended break since before her senior season at Iowa.

Those 29 points were tied for her most in a game since early June, and she had double-digit assists for the eighth time in her last 10 starts - including a WNBA-record 19 dimes in her last game before the Olympics.

Clark has now cleared this combined prop total in five of her last six starts, but the Under is dealing at -122 odds while the Over is priced even cheaper than the standard -110 vig. That smells like opportunity for player prop bettors on the Fever's red-hot rookie.

Caitlin Clark Under 6.5 rebounds ⭐⭐⭐⭐

While Clark has showcased incredible growth as a scorer and facilitator in recent weeks, she's clearly been less focused on the boards as a result.

After pulling down 12 rebounds on July 6, she's finished with six or fewer in five straight games while grabbing five on Friday. She's now fallen short of this prop total in 18 of her 27 starts (66.7%), including nine of her last 11, even as FanDuel offers plus-money value on the Under.

Clark combined for nine rebounds in her last two games against Seattle, falling short of this total both times, and I genuinely can't figure out why we're catching such nice value on this prop. If it does cash, we'll profit a cool $11 on a $10 wager.
