I'm up 10.7 units with a 12% ROI as we wrap up the regular season with my CFL best bets for Week 21.

A lot of starters are resting this week, so player props aren't on the card, but there are still a few spreads that I believe are mispriced. We're targeting the Blue Bombers vs. Lions matchup, which kicks off tonight at 10 p.m. ET, along with a pair of best bets on each of Saturday's two games.

Best CFL bet this week

Blue Bombers vs. Lions prediction: Blue Bombers -6.5 (-110)

It's win-and-in for the Blue Bombers, and if they don't win tonight, they'll miss the playoffs for the first time since 2015.

Luckily for the Blue Bombers, the Lions have no motivation to win this game and will start QB Kaidon Salter instead of last season's Most Outstanding Player, Nathan Rourke.

Salter surprised the Blue Bombers in Week 9, upsetting Winnipeg as an 8.5-point road underdog. Despite that win, Salter is completing just 52.4% of his passes this season, with one touchdown and one interception. I don't expect the Blue Bombers to underestimate him this time around.

Redblacks vs. Tiger-Cats prediction: Tiger-Cats -4.5 (-105)

The Redblacks just won the Grey Cup - well, not literally, but they won their version of the Grey Cup. After finally winning their first game of the season in Week 20, upsetting the Argonauts as an 11.5-point underdog, I expect the Redblacks to come out flat to wrap up the season.

While the Tiger-Cats technically have nothing to play for, I wouldn't doubt their motivation to win in front of their home crowd, especially to avoid the embarrassment of losing to the one-win Redblacks. I think 4.5 to 5 points is a fair spread for this game on paper, but the emotional aspect makes me like the Tiger-Cats a lot more directionally.

Elks +2.5 (-108)

The market is overreacting here. The Roughriders need to win this game to clinch a West Division playoff spot, but even if they lose, they'll still get the crossover spot. Saskatchewan is so unconcerned that it's even resting Trevor Harris, A.J. Ouellette, and KeeSean Johnson to gear up for the playoffs.

While the Elks will also be resting several key starters, including Cody Fajardo, Justin Rankin, and Austin Mack, I'm not against their backup QB situation. Elks backup Taylor Powell has completed 11 of 12 passes this season for 122 yards and two touchdowns across two appearances.
