Picks for Friday’s Top Odds Boosts

DeRozan and Vucevic to score 50-plus points

Regular odds: +150BOOSTED ODDS: +170

DeRozan is averaging 25.7 points per game for the Bulls this season. It's the second-highest average of his career and Vucevic is averaging 16.3 points per game, his lowest since the 2016-2017 season.

However, with guard Zach LaVine out of the lineup in the last three games, there have been more touches available for DeRozan and Vucevic. They combined for 50, 31, and 54 points in those three contests. Guard Lonzo Ball is also out of the Bulls lineup, which might mean there aren't as many good looks for DeRozan and Vucevic, but there should be ample opportunity for them to get to 50 points.

The Bulls are visiting the Milwaukee Bucks, who are just barely better than league-average defensively, allowing 108.1 points per game. It could be close, but the odds getting boosted to +170 does make the scenario more appealing.

Antetokounmpo 30-plus points, 1-plus 3-pointer

Regular odds: +120BOOSTED ODDS: +160

Antetokounmpo is averaging 30.9 points and 1.3 3-pointers per game at home this season and in his last 12 games overall, he has connected for 30 points along with at least one 3-pointer in six games.

Facing a depleted Bulls squad, the Bucks are heavily favored (-11), so there is the possibility that the game gets out of hand and Giannis gets more rest than he might usually receive but as long as he plays a typical allotment of minutes, he should be able to deliver what for him is a relatively average home performance. The Bulls are allowing 108.8 points per game, which ranks 16th in the league, and 11.4 3-pointers per game, which ranks seventh in the league.

Curry, Robinson, and VanVleet to each make 3-plus 3-pointers (+160)

Regular odds: +125BOOSTED ODDS: +160

Curry has been a crowd-pleaser, making at least three 3-pointers in 21 of 23 home games. Facing the Houston Rockets on Friday, he goes against a team that is allowing 13.3 3-pointers per game for the sixth-highest rate in the league.

Robinson has established himself as a bonafide 3-point threat for the Miami Heat. He hit at least three 3-point shots in 15 of 22 road games. He is matched up against the Atlanta Hawks, who have allowed 13.2 3-pointers per game for the seventh-highest rate in the league.

VanVleet has become the most reliable scorer in the Toronto Raptors lineup and has nailed three triples in 15 of 18 road games. This is the test, though. VanVleet will get lots of touches for Toronto – he is averaging 9.8 three-point attempts per game – but the Washington Wizards are allowing a league-low 10.1 3-pointers to drop per game this season.

Still, with Curry and Robinson as seemingly safe options, VanVleet should be good to fulfill his end of the bargain. He is averaging more than 3.8 3-pointers per road game.
