The Bulldogs might be for real. Through two games, both of which came against FBS opponents, the Bulldogs are averaging 8.4 yards per play while allowing only 4.2. Quarterback Kamario Taylor is 10th in passing efficiency score (196.3) with 12.9 adjusted yards per attempt. Saturday’s road SEC contest is a big test, but I expect them to pass with flying colors.
While South Carolina retained LaNorris Sellers, he doesn’t have much help. The Gamecocks may have ripped 8.8 yards per play against Kent State, but they struggled through the air against FCS Towson with only 3.7 yards per pass attempt. I love the Bulldogs as road dogs and will gladly take the 4.5 for -115 (53.5%) at Hard Rock

He has 145 rushing yards and one rushing score to his name thus far and is a major threat to score again on Saturday.
South Carolina’s defense hasn’t faced a serious opponent yet, but Shane Beamer’s squad gave up touchdowns to Cade Klubnik and Trinidad Chambliss down the stretch last year. Taylor had eight rushing scores last year, and, in a game with a total of 58.5, is a sharp play to find paydirt at even money.
