At least Beck came back so it won't be a white wash. Sugita is just ugly. Think he was up 4-1 in the 1st and he hasn't won since. Not sure where that closed, but he rose to over -200 for a while. Ahhh well. If Meffert can win, I will feel okay with the day even finishing down.

Man, the total purse of the Qualies is over 1,000,000!! Almost like winning a GS just to get the 5 figure payday to get in the main draw.Espcially when you are playing Futures and lower level challengers for 1,000 paychecks..20,000 for just getting into the draw! half a years salary!

Good luck if you're playing. I've pretty much kept my nose out of the WTA's business. Tough to read a lot of these for me because I only know a handful of the players who play ITF level stuff more often whereas the men & Challengers is much easier to track for me.

Millot shit the bed real nice after the 1st set. Damn bro. So for the day, parlay #1 cashed. Waiting on parlay #2. Looks like 1-2 with the dogs, but only 0.25 unit loss total. Need to get that parlay and hopefully both late singles picks. C'moooooonnnnnn!

Well at least keeping the unit size at 0.5 on the single plays has kept me from losing too much. WTA is off my plate. I just don't have a good read on those wenches. Sticking strictly to ATP tomorrow and not going to add anything after my original plays for the day - that hasn't done anything but eat profits. Better to get that out of my system during qualis than next week during the main draw. Good practice run with this, I think.

Interested to see if my boy Berankis can qualify today. Always seems like something gets in his way, but he's been working some great form this Summer - maybe it all comes together. He had to battle yesterday and was lucky to get through. Smyczek is that crafty Challenger guy who I am fearful might be a speed bump to the main draw ... still if Berankis can get his serve over and in, Smyczek doesn't have anything to really hurt him. Hoping he gets it done! Did not want to jinx it with a bet, I think ... although was real tempted, just seems like I screw him in qualis when I bet him.
