I believe that Zvonareva would win the match. The value of the bet is not so high. but I am very certain that Zvonareva will win against Cirstea. Zvonareva is at 1.40.

Parlay: Nalbandian (Davis Cup) + Levine (Dallas Challenger) [+114]
Nalbandian draws Mayer on clay in Germany. Mayer has had some injury issues early this season and is still searching for his best form. Nalbandian also is off to a slower start with only a couple matches player, the last being a 5-set loss to Isner @ the Australian Open. This though is his turf. His surface and his competition, the Davis Cup which he absolutely has a passion for. Nalbandian is 22-5 all-time in DC play and has only lost once in his last six - that being to Monfils on a fast, indoor surface. Mayer has some chops on clay and can make this tough, but he's going to have all the pressure on him if Monaco beats Petzschner to dig Germany into an 0-1 hole already. Levine has looked fantastic in Dallas and faces Seifert who is a surprise semifinalist here. Seifert has had the benefit of an easy path to this point. I think another Frenchman is getting a few extra pennies here where maybe he shouldn't. Roger-Vasselin has rolled in two straight here with fellow Frogs bending over and taking it from him. Sijsling beat an in-form Phau yesterday and has the serve that can win cheap points on this surface. Consistency is the key here for Sijsling, but this one if he serves well, is far closer than the price on ERV suggests. ERV could roll again, but I think it's going to be tight.Comment -

If the tall South African serves like he has for this tournament, he's got a definite shot to beat Darcis here. Darcis' last two losses in this surface in 2011 both came to players who controlled the match with their serves and did not allow Darcis to dictate the action. VDM has done that pretty much the entire tournament with the exception of the one faulty game in the 2nd set to Sock. Darcis will have the pressure on his service games if VDM is able to pump out the easy points on-serve. I don't know if VDM holds up the whole match with that blistering serve, but at the price, it's worth rolling with him for me.Comment -
