Shari's tennis plays

shari not sure if it means anything significant but my book is giving a very short line on scheppers at +250 while jankovic is -400. they ususally have great lines on tennis with little juice so such a huge disparity is very weird(usually a -400 line has a +330 compliment). Match starts in 45 min...perhaps scheppers is the pick?

hey shari, who do you like for these 3 matches..if you have some time..thanks Sara Errani v Zuzana Kucova---Is errani the best best..or some fatigue from last tourney also, Jelena Dokic v Flavia Pennetta...Pennetta is favored HEAVILY...but dokic played well..any chance she pulls the upset? Kaia Kanepi v Vera Dushevina--same with Kanepi..is she the best bet..? Thanks

I'm staying away from the Errani and Pennetta matches. I have no clue either way what will happen and when I try to bet due to fatigue or because a player seems to be streaking ie Dokic, it doesn't always end pretty for me. I'm still looking at Kanepi so I'll let you know.

That match is tomorrow. If your book is closing the line now they've made a mistake. Either way though, I never back Jankovic so it'll be Scheepers or no play for me.

I'm not touching it. If you're into line movement (which I'm not), Vinci's price rose 20 cents from opening so obviously people have seen something in Vesnina. I actually don't like touching either player much unless I want to fade or they're playing someone so dreadful they're almost guaranteed to win, barring any funny business.

I would play this at one unit but something freaks me out about going against Wicky right now. But since the numbers say I have to, I will. Maybe for those of you who want to go safe take the handicap but with the juice on that, it's a pass for me. I'd rather take the risk on the ML for a reduced stake.

Normally when you see a player with - odds, that's indicating they're the favourite. This time though it's not the case. When I took Barrois, she was -105 and Zheng was -120 which indicates Zheng is favoured. I'm sure at most other books you'll be able to find a better price on Barrois but I'm betting pretty heavily this week and am using my large credit line at a certain book to do so. All the best with your bets!

Hmmm not too sure about your Barrois play. We all know Zheng just came back from a wrist injury, lost in ther 1st round in Pataya. But then she did pretty well in doubles, reached the final there. So I guess that would do enough for warm up?...
