I don't feel comfortable encouraging anyone to bet the same as me. I figure if I say small or big play that should be enough of an indication to let someone make their own mind up as to what that means to them. Everything else is just one Shari unit.

Only way it goes over in two sets is with two 7-5's or tiebreakers. That being said, if you still like the over would it be worth it to take the 3 sets prop for better odds at +119. I guess it wouldn't be out of the question for a 7-6, 7-6 finish though

My gut feeling is that it SHOULD be hard for either of these two to break the other so 7-6 or 7-5 isn't out of the question in 2 sets. I'm even debating picking the first set correct score. The 2 set option has been bought down to -190 here so if I was a line watcher in tennis (which I definitely am not as I don't believe it's as accurate as it is in other sports) than I would assume bettors are calling a 2 set match. With the scorelines I'm predicting, then the over would still hit.

In all honesty this match is a tough one for me to call and that's the reason I'm going small here. I definitely can't pick a winner and the only thing I'm somewhat confident with here is that it shouldn't be a 6-3 6-2 blowout. I hope!

Well with that information I might have to take a stab at Federer 2-0 +205. But that might be pushing my luck. Kinda like Fed here to break the streak of Murray's recent success against him. It's just a weird gut feeling though- I'm with you on the fence

Sets is good too, but like the option of a hard 2 setter. I would be very surprised by a blow out too. Both want this W

Don't be silly! I appreciate your being polite but never feel like you can't respond in here to someone else's question to me. Not my style to get bothered by things like that and everyone's input helps us all make a more informed bet. I responded to him on Twitter but just in case he doesn't see that in time I'm glad to hear you messaged him the same thoughts through here.

News on tottenham:

Tottenham midfielders Rafael Van der Vaart and Gareth Bale are both doubts for the Champions League Group A clash with Werder Bremen on Wednesday.
Van der Vaart missed Tuesday's training to undergo a scan on an injured ankle while Bale injured his shoulder in Saturday's 3-2 win at Arsenal.
Midfielder Sandro is ineligible and doubts remain over Niko Kranjcar (calf) and Giovani dos Santos (groin).
Robbie Keane took part in Tuesday's training following an ankle injury.

I think the game will go 3 sets and Roddick will eventually overcome Berdy.
