I think Murray needs this set bad. With as well as Berdych's serve is going, it's going to be tough for him to climb out of a 0-2 hole against someone with that sort of weapon. I'm only on the over in this match, so I just need Murray to take a set at some point to give it a chance.Comment -

Looks like rain got us for the rest of the day. 4-3 Murray with Berdych serving. Don't know that the delay till tomorrow will help or hurt either. Murray had some momentum after getting the break back. Berdych though was still probably in a better groove overall. Will be interesting to see how it shakes out on Monday.
Any thoughts on Verdasco? I really like him at -130. Fatigue just doesn't seem to get this guy. Think the price is pretty awesome considering how well he has played this spring.Comment -
yeah -130 is an awsome price,only thing is the fatigue factor and the 5 setter to de german.Like you were saying its going to catch up eventually.I know to be a tennis player your cardio has to good,but verdascos might be on pars with nadals right now if shows no ill effect of that 5 setter(which the price being so low reflects),hope its not a trap..Comment -

When Murray sulks the match is pretty much over unless the other player gives away the match himself, like Gasquet did. Anyone hear any grumblings about dementieva being injured or fatigued? I am guessing by the line of a +139 dog for Dementieva against Petrova that the line has to be reflecting some sort of injury. Surely Dementieva would be favored over Petrova if both healthy.....Comment -

Melzer/Gabashvilli.........whatever.Not betting that match
Ginepri's magical run will end tomorrow. Of course I have been thinking Ginepri would lose every single round so what do I know. Djokovic is just on another level and should take this match in 4 sets. He always likes to drop one for fun and for people to make some gambling profit.....I mean he drops it due to lack of concentration...

Verdasco/Almagro is very interesting. I am leaning Almagro because I don't know how much longer Verdasco can go here. He has to be fatigued and throw in the injury concerns that he had in Nice and Almagro might be a good pick here BUT with a career head to head record of 0-3 vs Verdasco I was really hoping to get a better price on Almagro then +113. Will think about this match
Hantuchova/Jankovic.... Hantuchova won the last two matches the two have played. Head to head in their careers its tied at 3. Interestingly the last two wins by Hantuchova over Jankovic were both this year and both on clay. Was really thinking of taking Jankovic till I saw the two recent wins by Daniela so I might pass on this match.
Stosur/Henin - As I stated before Stosur plays well against lesser opponents but when the chips are down and she is playing a top women's player she usually loses. Could be worth it to just take a shot at +300 but I really can't see her winning.Would just be a good value play that I was hoping would win. Will think about this match some more but I probably won't bet it.
Peer/Serena is a no play for me because I have the serena outright but if I didn't I would defintately see some value in the +429 on Peer.Going to pass on the match though

You look at Verdasco's line and you say, "This is to good to be true"....then what happens whenever a bet is to good to be true?It's loses. Going with Almagro tomorrow over Verdasco. Head to head is 3-0 Verdasco but that doesn't matter at this point of the tournament. Verdasco has got to be running on fumes at this point of the tournament. His heavy schedule will surely catch up to him at some point in this French Open and I think this is the match. Verdasco also may be carrying with him an injury from the tournament before the French Open in Nice so that could also come back again when he has to play these difficult five set matches. Going to go with the dog here and see what happens.
For the other matches I am going to pass. I see that Stosur's line is now +271 so she is getting bet heavily and that is not surprising. She is in good form and is a great price. I will pass though because Stosur hasn't proved that she can beat the top player's in the big spots.
