ljubicic -115 in the past couple months hes beaten del porto, tsonga, giles simon and destroyed teimuraz gabashvili.....his opponent is no longer even ranked in the top 100 and is way passed his prime.

mardy fish -175 best non-roddick male doin it right now...pretty
consistent, improving on clay and his opponent maximo gonzalez has been winning occasionally as of late but against nobodies

kubot +200 troicki is a joke, never really seen kubot play but he has the look and the record of someone who can beat him comfortably. upset of the day worth a couple units i think.

juan monaco -465 on fire lately, i feel like he can keep it goin in a long match and hes just a significantly better player

alize cornet -475 (good enough odds for a parlay, not straight tho....shes good but i dont trust her. way too inconsistent)

wickmaker -355 over ursula radwanska....i notice her lose a lot cuz her sister a. radwanska wins a lot....i wonder how awkward that is when they're hangin out later. wickmaker just won the estoril open and has been fairly hot lately.

parlay for the adventurous? no? alright

I also was contemplating putting Kleybanova on the WTA side into that parlay I played. Whew! Had considered Lisicki as well. Both lost.

WTF happened to Pennetta? 6-1, 6-1 loss? Wow.
yeah i was on tipsarevic pretty big yesterday....mainly cuz montanez screwed me over kinda serious earlier in the month.

and alexa glatch is maybe the best usa woman doin it right now while the williams sisters are in their slump. i thought about taking her for about a fifth of a second just cuz she was like +800

if amelie mauresmo and patty schnyder hadnt lost, i woulda had a really good first 2 days. maybe will stay away from the "late" matches on the wta side.

Only thing that saved me from getting a total bloody ass was actually passing on Ljubicic & Benneteau who both lost. Damn +385 girl I took (Ani) should have already beaten Cornet if she had any sort of serve. Cornet is 38% on 1sts and 44% on 2nds. Those numbers suck, but Ani is 47% and 25%. Cornet is up one set and it's 4-4 in the 2nd, suspended due to darkness. Ani has been up a break numerous times in this match and has almost always given it right back on her next serve.

                    Smell the desperation. Magnifique!

                    Day 4 Plays
                    $Gulbis +125
Gulbis & Almagro have been on the same path of mediocrity for most of 2009. Gulbis does however own a win over Almagro at the Rome event in April. I was actually surprised that he sucked it up and rallied after dropping the first set. Both had pretty easy times in Round 1. Both are returning quarterfinalists from last year, so this should tell you just how average they have both been by the fact that they are meeting in Round 2 at RG this year. I see this basically as a toss-up, so the plus odds for Gulbis are the better value for me. Gulbis had a ridiculous 26 aces in Round 1 and you can expect both players' serves to dominate here. One thing Gulbis did exceptionally against Almagro in Rome was save break points. He'll need that nerve again to pull off the minor upset. This one should be entertaining and quite possibly a 5 setter.

                    $Hercog +165
Both Hercog and Rezai have been on fire on clay over the last six weeks or so. Hercog showed her ability to learn as she beat the seeded Kleybanova in 3 sets in Round 1 at RG just a few weeks after dropping a match to her in straights. She won the Zagreb event prior to the French and won a lower tier clay event in April, so her confidence on dirt should be as high as it is gonna get. Rezai won in Strausbourg last week, easily her best play on clay in 2009. She had one run here at RG in 2006, otherwise not a whole lot of success. Both girls were great on 1st serve in their openers. 2nd serve may prove the difference.

That's cool with me. Someone should be making money off these POS picks. I'm ice cold in tennis & baseball right now. Frustrating week because I pick out the ones I like best and then whittle them down to a couple plays. A lot of the ones I liked originally and then passed are hitting 60% or more. I had Ouanna marked over Safin who still may win, but Ouanna won first set tie break and is playing him tough in the 2nd. At least my futures are still kicking for another round.

with a big money cover parlay of 7 fav players as cover, incase i go terribly wrong on straight bets.

Ferrero choking large in the 3rd set. Was up 4-2 and serving, now broken twice. Kohlschreiber serving for the set. Poop.

JCF gets the 4th in a tie break! Believe play is about to be suspended for the day. Still can't believe these doosh bags don't have lighting. Would have prefered to finish this one today. Think JCF has an advantage in a 5th set if they had continued since he's been there before already. Who knows what's going to happen tomorrow when they start fresh.

His match isn't going to end until like 24 hours after that. Just absurd. That should never happen barring an earthquake or tornado. Bubblegum amateurs.
