    Shari,

We were together on Cibulkova. This time I'm on the Fed. This will probably be the Fed's unofficial send-off grandslam title.

There are no bad boys in Tennis anymore at the top.
Fognini isn't good enough or he could be one.
This is a sport where I can forgive ppl for being friends off the court.

          Another prop maybe worth mentioning....
Total double faults in match over/under 4½
          over+105
          under-145

my first thought was over... then i looked at fed and nadals previous games (in this tourney) and felt maybe under was the play.... but THEN i saw nadal had 7 double faults HIMSELF last game against dimitrov... could this have something to do with the blisters? maybe hoping for 5 combined double faults at +105 is a better play than nadal ML

im pretty high can someone please tell me what they think?

Thanks!! Not sure if I'm going to put any more on this match now other than live betting but if I do, I might just do this.

GL Conqueror! Other than the cash lost, I won't be sad at all if Fed wins. I don't think he will but I do think this is one of his last chances for Slam with the way the draw and results worked out for him.

The over is -133 at Sportingbet! I think my success rate is probably 40% with these props so you should probably fade what I like but if the odds were better I'd probably stick a bit on the over.

              Fri 1/24 175 R.Nadal total aces ov 4½ +140
              3:30AM 176 R.Nadal total aces un 4½ -180
              Fri 1/24 177 R.Federer total aces ov 10½ +110
              3:30AM 178 R.Federer total aces un 10½ -150
              Fri 1/24 179 R.Nadal total double faults ov 3½ +120
              3:30AM 180 R.Nadal total double faults un 3½ -160

will play over on all of them

I played over combined double faults before realizing they had Nadal double faults by itself

actually nevermind, I got over 4.5 combined doubles. Not worth it to play over 3.5 for Nadal

How confident are you in Nadal? The Blister thing has me worry, Fed been looking sharp( that coach gave him some good anabolics). Never been a fan of Nadal, This will be my first time watching him? lol

I feel pretty good about this bet, especially after watching Roger vs Murray the other night. If Murray had been 100% healthy I strongly believe Fed would've lost with the way he was playing throughout parts of the match. Murray just couldn't fully take advantage of Fed's mistakes and loss of concentration because he hasn't had enough matches under his belt yet. As for the blisters, I'm honestly not worried about them. I'll end up looking like a fool if his hand starts pouring blood and he's hitting balls into the stands but he'll be so jacked full of painkillers and he's had two days to work some magic on them. Like JJ touched on, people have been chasing the blisters theory during his past two matches and that obviously didn't work out well at all. Roger is the best player tennis has ever seen but he's not where he used to be and he does have a tendency to have brain fades at key points against the big guys. If he proves me wrong tonight and finally shakes the Nadal monkey off his back, so be it. Until he finally does though I'm not buying it, blisters or not. BUT I'm not trying to encourage anyone to tail me on this one and I don't have big money on this match so just go with who you think will win!

No problem. I just put a bet in to win $50 on it. At least this way I have something else to cheer for should my Nadal bets go quickly pear shaped

Murray wasn't himself, Only thing that scares me though, Even though Fed was playing with some mistake, the guy didn't look tired one bit. However, Nadal seem to be a very fit and capable person due to his reputation, With your confident, I will play my winning on Stan the Man yesterday, sprinkle with a bit of greed, for 2 units. It's been a weird tourney.

With recent Federer form and the Nadal hand blister whether it is physical or just mental I'm leaning Federer. I know as much about tennis as horse racing though

Federer will never look tired. Even at his age now he's the most fit guy on the Tour so if you're ever considering going against him, you have to ignore the fatigue angle. He could probably play 10 sets out there and still look fresh which is pretty scary. But Nadal is also the same. I guarantee you whomever wins it definitely won't be because their opponent is tired or they're in better shape. GL to us on our bets!!

No, not the only reason. This game means more for Federer than Nadal. Think about it

Nadal is trying to tie Sampras on 14 Slams, equal second only to Roger. Betting on either of these guys because you think one could possibly want another Grand Slam title more than the other - especially these two men in particular - is very silly.
