There's a consensus between a group of us that he only pulled out of doubles to focus on singles. It's quite possible, it has been done before duh, but I could be wrong. Either way he's no lock to advance healthy or not.

It's ok Matt, I ended up taking the Over 23. As you know I'm a huge Isner homer, so I always get second opinions on his matches in case I'm being too biased or whatever. Figured that was the safest bet, especially since there's a really good chance that at least one tiebreaker will be played. Hoping Sela will take the first set and Isner will push hard and take the 2nd. I figured worst-case scenario Isner retires and my bet is voided.

no apologies necessary pal...in last few days u'v hit several biggies in succession...V. Williams and Cornet just this morning...Wozniacki and at least one other yesterday...

no one could have predicted such a dreadfully-poor level of execution from both players simultaneously...they looked like ITF scrubs...worst tennis I've ever seen at the ATP level (and it was amazingly maintained start to finish with hardly any flashes of excellence...a non-stop string of UFEs and other screwups)
