Huh. Bold play on GGL. Of course, case can be made that kid is running out of gas, but then again, he is 20 years old. He can play 3 consecutive matches, then rest for 6 hours and play another 3 . Of course, I am exaggerating. All I wanted to say is that fatigue should not be very big problem for him at the moment, imho.
Garcia lopez doesn't have the best forhend. Also not the best backhand, defense or the serve. But he still managed to win a lot of matches on ATP tour. That shows me that he is a tricky and smart player, which can adjust and find ways to beat different opponents. That being said, he will probably do a lot of things to get the kid out of his comfort zone. His comfort zone is standing few meters behind baseline and defend, because he can run left to right all day long and bring those balls back. That's why I expect GGL is probably going to mix it up a lot with his shots, or maybe even lure Carballes to be more offensive.

Anyway. What I wanted to say, is that this match could go in different directions. I will maybe put a small wager on the over, or stay completely away. But good luck to you!

Delbonis did not play his best tennis this week, but I still like that play. He should win.

My reasoning is that GGL has been unusually good and above all solid this week so far – he didn't even let slip that set against Berlocq or Paire. I watched the new kid on the block yesterday and he was not very good at all – we all just banked by virtue of Kuznetsov sucking ass from a straw. For some reason his level had dropped significantly from his previous matches this week. He seems to have a very strong mind though!

Nice hit on GGL 2-1. Too bad I went against you on that one (plus I did not see your pick in time to change my mind). But I was on the right side of the other Garcia +5. The Garcias were unstoppable this week ! Tough break on Giorgi, I put more on the over so I am a happy camper but still: she had a MP .

Yeah the Katowice final was the ultimate WTA shitfest and could've gone either way in the end, but you're right the Garcias really tore it up this time around!

I put 0.5 on Giorgi ML and 1u on o21.5. Also put 1u on Garcia +5 and 0.5u on Garcia to win a set @ +135 (both won); and 0.5u on Granny to win 2-0 @+135 (that one lost but I though GGL would finally run out of steam).

The final on Poland was actually pretty entertaining, not the typical sh.tfest I'd say. I did not watch the one in Columbia ironically, but I though JJ was made too big of a fav. Garcia can hit with the best of them: she could already last year but was a bit too erratic. I figured if she made it to the final, she must be playing on a more consistent level then.
