That's a good way to put it, but it's important to emphasize what this means is she's more or less always serving her first – even on seconds! On average, this is far better than employing an actual 2:nd serve according to statistic data, and you need look no further than Po'Po herself to confirm this.

Of course, the backside of it all is when chance doesn't turn in your favor and you default at critical moments...
