BetOT enters the SBR Rating Guide

It's my understanding the glitch was corrected and balances came back normal. In fact, some people were given $75 FP for their inconvenience. From the emails I have seen from this place--it sounds like they are making honest effort to cater to the player. They come into the forum to answer questions.

Got to give them a little more time to work out the kinks, but for sure the new software is an improvement in my opinion. In a matter of weeks we will know:

1) do they limit severely,

2) do they pay,

3) do they time delay,

4) etc

But from all appearance and research, it doesn't appear that OT or BP are going anywhere soon.

This is all essentially betphoenix's control, they own BetOT. Limits in particular the BetOT people clearly have no control over at all.

Anyway, point was: betphoenix are trustworthy on payment, as you'd expect from a company owned by the same people as Diamond/Bookmaker.

one question i still have doubt it's about their 400% bonus offer for moneybookers.

Basically, i can deposit 500$.

1-I need to bet all the 500$ to get the bonus, right?

2- If my first bet is a winning one, i don't get any bonus, right?

3- But if i lose my first bet of 500$, what do i get?

Basically the 400% Bonus is a Rebate bonus that means if you lose the 500 you would be able to claim the bonus, you can wager it how ever you want you will always be able to claim the bonus if you lose the 500.

fingas the 400% is a Rebate Bonus, we have mentioned it here on the SBR on previous threads its a rebate bonus you would be able to claim the bonus if you lose the deposit and you would need to deposit to claim the bonus.

- Why are you offering such a crazy bonus of 400% and even repeated for the same customer? What is the philisophy behind this?
- There is no maximum amount to cashout from this bonus, is there? If I, hypothetically, would win 15K with just this initial 500 deposit then it would be fine (as long rollover is completed ofcourse)?
- What is the minimum you limit players that win? I mean, if I would start building a nice bankroll with this 400% offer, would it be possible that I get limited to ridiculous limits such as $100 per wager so that I will never reach he rollover requirement, or would you not be so childish and at least let everyone wager $500 minimum or so?
- Is it allowed to have an account with BetOT and get this 400% bonus if the customer already has an account with Betphoenix?

Read the T&Cs - never quite so generous as they sound :-)

Firstly, as someone else said, it's more like a 200% bonus because you have to redeposit. Secondly, it's a freeplay rather than cash bonus, and they have higher juice on long odds stuff (note no long odds nfl/nba/ncaa moneylines, and soccer 1x2 is much higher juice than asian lines). Thus, a freeplay costs them a lot less than a cash bonus does, perhaps half. Realistically, in total this is more like a 100% bonus.

On top of that, the freeplay has an 18x deposit+bonus rollover, which is massivemassivemassive. Deposit $100, lose it, redeposit $100 and you get a $400 freeplay with $9000 rollover.

ANNNNND, no dimelines with this offer, only 20c.

No reason to complain though - some will criticise all this as deliberately misleading, but I think that's unfair. There's a reason why they make such generous offers, and kudos to them for coming up with something fairly new. However, the headline bonus % means fairly little without considering all conditions involved, and those are why they can afford it For example, Diamond do fairly frequent 25% reloads with 5x rollover. Against that, 100% with 18x rollover is about right.

-Well I guess we are kind of Crazy to offer such Bonuses, we try to offer a variety of Bonus options for the all customers, when we recently open up we started with a 50% Cash Bonus, and a lot of people said we were crazy.

-Besides the 400% Bonus we also offer Cash Bonuses for 20%-25% and 30%, we also started a promotion with the promotion code K100 you basically get 100% Free Play Bonus on every deposit its not a rebate bonus and it only has a 8x rollover

Hy i just make a withdraw request from betot...
They advertise fastest payout on their main site.....Yeah of course not
I made the withdraw today...only thursday they will processe it ( i ask why so long, they said that the payment departemnt say)... and saturday maybe i will have my money...
I asked my withdrawl with MONEYBOOKERS not check , bank wire...this take pinnacle for example 15 min max..or o regulat sportsbook a day, but no betot takes 5 days..loooool fast payout..

The BetOT payouts are being pushed to the 24h limit.

They have:

For most electronic methods, you have the option of receiving your money within hours or within the same business day.

- Fastest Payments: Banking should be simple, secure and fast.

At Bet OT, banking can take as little as ten minutes per transaction, but all our customers agree - no one pays as fast as Bet OT.

As you can see above, the rule is fast payout, the fastest payout...
The 24h limit should be the exception, but no to the Betot Payout department
When I request a payout, if I do so at a friday, my money will only be in my moneybookers account by Monday.


When I request a pyout at Betot I ask if it could be done in the same day, and the asnwering is always this:

I am happy people are reporting being paid in a timely fashion.

Truth is most books, even the same day ones, have difficulty getting a payout to you on a Friday. Cris is hit and miss on this and even Greek and BJ miss once in a while. Skybook would rarely miss a friday request and of course Dimes and Pinny would always make it to you same day even Friday.

Point is, no need to sweat a book that is getting you your money within 24-48 hours. In this environment, that is outstanding. Even back in the good old days, I didn't get nervous until after 48 hours.

As I came here, I thought that my problems with betot have come to an end. How Wrong was I


I was part of a promotion,
From some time I was loosing, and everything was going great, but I withdrawal, as the rollover was fullfilled.


I withdrawall and left the amount that are in the rules in the the account, amount that I lost on the next bet.
But now they do not let me do the rebate until I lost 8 times the deposit, by doing so, betOt are not going by the rules.

The same RULES, they where so interested on fulfilling on last friday.


This is unacceptable, I follow ALL the rules of BetOT, and by doing so I am getting screw.

When i deposited money at betot suddenly my money has gone and balance was 0.
I am in Europe and it was 5 clock in a morning US time.
about 7.50 US time I finally got them on the chat live.

At that time they were just arrived at work that means that this bookie even don't work over night!
But when the night is in US it is late afternoon in EU!!!! when all the games start and people want to place a bet. This is unbelievable.

So then they finally placed my deposit in to the account.


I really cant see why are those US bookies such a CRAP ?
