Justbet have the same. There's nothing terribly impressive or risky about it, once you realise it has 12x rollover and you don't get dimelines with it. Personally I'd take the 30% ahead of that, for the better odds and 8x rollover.

This has no mention of the 15 day lock-in. Neither does your post earlier in this thread - in fact it specifically mentions there is no need for any acitivity after the rollover:

I am still intrigued by this unusual bonus offer as well as Betphoenix house in general. Hoping one of the Phoenix or BetOT guys will come back in and provide some additional info.

Well, just thought i would update on my situation.

Was told last week on two seperate occassions that i had completed the rollover but couldn't withdraw until the 15 days was up. Tried to withdraw today. After speaking to 3 different reps and waiting over an hour for them to get their story straight (-ish) i was told i was short by 350 gbp. I was then told that a particular rep could explain and i should speak to him. On speaking to him he knew nothing abouit my situation and asked me to email in. At this point i wagered 350 gbp and submitted a withdrawl request as the STALLING on payout was getting ridiculous. I have emailed to check this withdrawal will be carried out in their 24hr timeframe with no response as of yet.

Oh by the way, the max withdrawal per WEEK is $4,000 or equivalent, what a joke.

I will update with my progress, but suffice to say i would be wary of carrying a large balance here.

This book has gone bad in no time at all... software change is Cr@p , odds are are worse and CS don't know what they are talking about, oh , and so many changes to T'C's means you can deposit under 1 term and have to make the rollover under another worse term.

Bonus's are far fetched and it is looking like a BIG pyramid bonus bonanza...where 1 deposit pays another withdrawal until there are no deposits or not enough to pay the withdrawals and the punters get hurt in the long run.

I'd like to add this, i received my withdrawal in minutes from this lot 2 weeks ago but alot of people on several forums are waiting and complaining about withdrawals not being processed. A few UK people I know had issues with the software change, same at betphoenix. Basically they lost the current balance for maybe 10 hours, and any bets settled in that period were totally fubar'ed.
