JON, do you mind to answer my questions below? (BTJ already did his part couple posts ago) did you even read my post JON? or you just ignore it? i want to clear this thing between Betislands and BTJ, we'll know who's right and who's wrong very soon!!

1) If you called a customer and told them about the bonus then you have to honor it regardless he's win or lose with his deposited money, right? YES OR NO

2) You trying so hard to please all of your customers on SBR but why don't you please BEAN TOWN too so you can be perfect?

3) Why losing a customer like BeanTown for a 15% bonus?

4) Whoever signed with your book after the Dimeline Bonus expired or any perks expired then they can't receive dimeline or any perks, but whoever with you from the begining then you should let them have the same perks ( i called this is a "grandfather" account). Remember one thing, we're the one that helped you build this book, our comments on sbr that helped you to get to the B+. Why taking it away?

Asked for payout not too long ago, she answered the phone and told me everything will be ready in several hours, called back 6 hours later funds still in my account and didn't send the money yet (Ashley's excuse was "MIA forgot" but i get paid the same night just only one thing is lower amount than i requested). A week later i asked for another pay out and Mia sent me 2 emails, first one was a payout info belong to some other player in NJ (with the dude name and control number too) by mistake. If you keep continue to run your business shady like this, no one will plays at your book anymore, Jon! To be honest , now i can only trust your book with maximum 2K. Another question for you: If your book is not going to be bankrupt then why you keep defense on this thread? if you're a healthy book then you dont need to explain to BTJ or anybody else, they'll see with their own eyes. Prove to us that you're a healthy book Jon!! you know how? bring back all the perks or admit that your business is in danger! but currently your book is still a top 10, thanks for quick pay out and free payout and thanks for good customer service and thanks for you too for being on here to help us with all the questions and issues.

I think i did kali when i signed up i didnt know they were going to rip me off on the bonus money and take away the dime line to 190 and cut it to 150.to be honest with you i didnt really do much research when i made my deposit i went with what was said in the forum and the phone calls and e-mails from nick walters at bet islands.

Jon was a real prick about the bonus issue like i said any decent sportsbook would have credited my account the 15% cash bonus with a 3x rollover even after my first game won.i had it in writing in the main forum but jon decided he would take a shot at me an decline me the bonus offer.it was a mickey mouse move by a mickey mouse sportsbook.

At the time he deposited I'm sure he felt the book was a decent out. God knows this board has done wonders for BI and I've been following the saga from the beginning. If your happy there then by all means express how you feel. BTJ isn't the most articulate forum goer (abrasive) by all means but he really seems upset about the way the shop does business. If you don't want to read his posts then don't read em. Report his posts, ignore him w/e but I happen to agree with his underlying statement that it seems a bit shady from an outsider. Betislands pays fast.. If you want to play at a book where you can call at 9am and have the cash in your hand by 3pm, play at Betislands and Rebatewager.

99 percent of books have far worse issues for US players than Betislands and Rebatewager.

A gem from 2003 when he took a shot at Cascade and has been paid multiple times since over the years.

I really didn't want to respond as we have tried very hard to put this episode behind us. However, I refuse to let lies be told about this company and its employees. Upon Jim's request and with his promise to spare the forum more wasted reading, we sent $ to the charity of his choosing. The receipt of the $ has been confirmed, yet Jim continues to take plight to whomever will listen. No one from OSGA or any other forum contacted me on Jim's behalf. A couple of anonymous callers questioned me, but I refused to answer. No email was ever sent to Jim calling him a sucker. I'll forward a copy of the email in question to Shrink. He can do with it what he pleases. Undoubtedly, things were said that both parties regret, but there is only so much badgering and abuse one person can stand.

I hope this answers your question. The decision to not cancel Jim's bet is one we vehemtly support. The fact Jim has admitted to purposely past posting us is irrelevant. He made a bet, we accepted it, he lost, end of story. The $ was sent to Jim's charity in April after he promised to drop the issue upon receipt. It is nearly September, and Jim is still harping. This will be the the final response from me on this subject as we have lived up to our word by sending the $ to Jim's charity and we feel it is now his turn to be a man of his word and let this die once and for all.

Unfortunately in the game of free money offshore that's happened at every book and also the UK ones. What matters is how it is handled. Did the mistake cost you any money? Do they cover your fees to reverse the transaction? Did they reverse it quickly? If it happens to a player who already wagered, does he get the prorated bonus amount?

There is always criticism and analyzing you can do when a book changes a rule, policy or the entire business model. But, you aren't doing that. I think youre just trying to use our forum trying to hurt their business with newbs because they rubbed you the wrong way and you decided you aren't going back. We don't interfere with real discussion but posters can't manipulate our board for their own fun.

It's 10c up to 150 and then goes to 15c afterward (20c on larger lines).
