If players were working off a bonus under the previous bonus structure ( where the bonus was significantly higher but there was no monthly rebate ), then they would not qualify for any monthly rebate. I saw this stated somewhere on the site, and knew that I would not qualify for a rebate also --- unless I lost my previous deposit and made another one --- with a smaller bonus.

Everyone knows that jon will address your individual concerns on an individual basis and usually bends over backwards to please. On the same note he is a bookmaker and needs to make business decisions. Beleive what u like about the dime line explanation. It sounds logical to me and he tried, offered to fix it for u. Maybe if bi kept giving 100 fp, half point, etc they would get buried.
As far as the mumbo jumbo talk about becoming a invite book just to save sponsor fees, that is silly. I think this idea was tossed around before they even became a sponsor here.Comment -

Hope all is well the answers are the following :
1. The reason I ask for PM or to contacted directly is to cater to each player personally and see how they would like to hanlde their accounts with rollovers pending etc. I do my best to hanlde every account with personalized service and offer them some compensation for the hassle most of the people that play with us and contact me can testify to that.
2. The 107 was not taken away , we just stopped offering it to new accounts I posted several times that posters that had 107 juice before we moved into our new wagering facility should contact us to get it re-instated.
3. The rules are not changing , we own several shops and now that we are under one single roof some changes have been made we do our best to try and make the changes easy and smooth for everyone and clients that do not like the offer can cashout for free and as always will be paid promptly.
Betislands is a solid book , yes we have had some changes in the last few months but these are changes that needed to be made in order to compete with other high tier sportsbooks like moving into our own facility that allows us to grow at will. Bonus offers change at all sportsbooks Betislands happens to be a rather public forum book so any change will cause some turmoil this I understand and do my best to come on the boards and provide updates and help if if is required.
We will continue to try and become one of the best with our payouts and service , last 2 months there have been some changes but " growing pains " are a good pain to have everyone has gotten paid on time and we are still the book that goes the extra mile for the players.

exactly! Jon and the staff are the best! This guy has answered every e-mail I've ever sent him. Most quicker vs others, but they have always been answered. I've jumped the gun prematurely once or twice here w/ them and they have always been first class w/ me, even when the issue was caused by me.
people may say it is because they are making a lot of $$$ from you, which I could understand. I'm probably even w/ them since I played there, which is about 16 months. Personally, I consider that a win.
