Quick thought. Did you try to call the wagering line and ask a wagering clerk since it is a bet? No reason for customer service to be there since all major sports are done for the night. Call wagering. BI is usually quick to grade first 5 innings, etc. If not, call wagering and they will do it for you.

Exactly. I had a freeplay from when BI's site went down,(most shops wouldn't give out freeplays for that reason by the way.) Anyhow, I didnt read the freeplay rules and breached one of the rules. I PM'd jon asking if he could take away my freeplay winnings and just reinstate my fp because I breached one of the rules. He PM's me a quick response, saying, just keep the winnings and I'll add a one time rollover. This is how a first class book responds. I didn't have too jump through hoops, and I was more than fairly compensated even though the mistake was on me. If the same thing happened at a dif. book I can't imagine the hoops I would have to jump through.

Asked for payout not too long ago, she answered the phone and told me everything will be ready in several hours, called back 6 hours later funds still in my account and didn't send the money yet (Ashley's excuse was "MIA forgot" but i get paid the same night just only one thing is lower amount than i requested). A week later i asked for another pay out and Mia sent me 2 emails, first one was a payout info belong to some other player in NJ (with the dude name and control number too) by mistake. If you keep continue to run your business shady like this, no one will plays at your book anymore, Jon! To be honest , now i can only trust your book with maximum 2K. Another question for you: If your book is not going to be bankrupt then why you keep defense on this thread? if you're a healthy book then you dont need to explain to BTJ or anybody else, they'll see with their own eyes. Kali my problem with bet islands is i got all kinds of phone calls from nick walters and e-mails stating i havent deposited in a while and they were running some great bonuses we can give you 15% with a 3x rollover thats just what i was looking for.i started a thread in the main forum about bet islands not offering me shit and mia the clerk never offered any bonus so i announced i was going to bet 605 to make 550 on the spurs going over the total.that game won so then jon comes into the forum and says since i won my first bet you can no longer get any bonus on your deposit.jon made it look like i was the one trying to rip him off i have it all in writing i started the thread way before i made my first bet so bet islands is full of shit.

Now its the principal of the matter i dont like being thought of as a bonus chasing punk and jon and bet islands who were wrong making my name out to be a shot taker.they took the shot not me

Yet you won't take a few minutes to file a complaint with SBR--which speaks volumes as to the merits of your case. Sponsor books are quite receptive to SBR complaints--just look how quickly BOL reponds every time (this Book is the one you should be saying "Buyer Beware"). File a complaint so that BI can freely respond to your allegations or give it a rest.

It's their choice whether to offer a dimeline or not I guess. They offer a free payout and I'm sure they'll offer another if you've already used it due to the dimeline issue.

BTJ I like how you don't take any guff but calling a quality shop like BI thieves is going overboard IMAO. Reminds me of Emily Hayes rants on Heritage. Not all your points or Emily's are baseless but these are two of the better shops out there especially for U.S. players. If you don't like a certain book by all means play elsewhere and tell fellow posters why, but the only major complaint against books is not paying on time. This being said best of luck to you BTJ!
