no ones told me anything which is why im so frustrated.
i called the FOS today and am going to email them all the details in a complaint form..but they said it takes 3 months or so to deal with and i also have to wait for moneybookers time to reply to the issue.
Things i said to them where they closed my account without reason and without telling me why. that it could possibly be because i sent in certified id by a bank manager and not notary but that its there fault for saying 2 things a bank manager when i tried to log into bookers and a notary in a email and that they could simply tell m if that was the reason and not ignore me.
i said that i have 100-200 000 in bookies in which they wont give me the money unless i can use moneybookers..she asked if they gave me time to get my money if they where going to close my account..i said no and that all i wanted is a month or so to get my money out of bookies or ill lose all themoney she said thats reason enough to complain and sounds like i should get compensation.
to anyone thas saying im rammbling how would u like it if out of nowhere all the money u had was suddenly in threat of being taken away from u.i havent had a proper nights sleep since this happened havent aten properly had my capping affected greatly and caused alot of stress .to me its like those youtube videos where people in black clothes come and take u out the house and throw u into a truck and drive u off somewhere when uve done absolutely nothing.
