moneyboookers close my account for no reason will cost me thousands

I have my own MB account , my brother has also his own MB account , we live at the same house and use the same computer. I have had no problems until now . Sometimes i transfer money from one account to other because some times accounts (at bookies) run out of money . Will i have any problem ??? I have e-mailed them and from what i have understood (english is not my language) ,there is no problem

provided that OP is telling the truth...(he may well be, as automatic security systems ring bells for same bdate, as hareeba noted)the problem is that you seemingly sent many unstructured emails to them where you just ranted about problem. now nobody is reading your mails and you are being treated as security risk by computer and semi-automated CS.Perhaps you could ask Justin7 to inquire at mb for you - he could write it in clear legal-speak for you.

I sympathise with your plight mate. It seems you are just an innocent victim of a security system which is a bit over zealous. Unfortunately I think you'll just have to be a bit more patient whist it is resolved. I'm pretty sure it will all be rectified in time and you'll receive an apology and some form of compensation.

Explain that (however unlikely it seems) you are twins and live a the same address, that you did have separate Moneybookers accounts, and here is the photographic evidence. It may help if you can get some one from local law enforcement to authenticate/verify your I.D. details.

i got my money off them today also.
They aint gonna change there mind. so if i ever have trouble with sbo or any other bookie getting my money out ill use the fos service. if i can get my money out of bookies with no problme well then i wont bother as i dont want to use them anyway after the way they treat customers. if i have to use w union to get my money out of betus i will contact fos as i wont take losing 3000 and being insulted as if ive done something wrong or fraudulent because im a twin lightly...i contacted betus last week to get my 20 000 out of there and they said if i dont use moneybookers i have to use w union if i dont use moneybookers and they can send me 2000 each time and itll cost me 300 bucks. so there stupidity at moneybookers is going to cost me 3000 bucks if they did this a few weeks later i would have got my 20 000 with no charge...can someone please contact betus and ask if theres any other way australian customers can get there money..i asked if i can get a bank transfer and was told i couldnt.

That just looks like a standard letter. I wouldn't be giving up. Have you contacted the FSA about it?
Have you heard anything from SBR about your BetUS issue? Give them time to help you out.
Will BetUS not accept Neteller as a valid payment option?

I'm still reckoning that this is a mistake due to the unusual circumstances with your twin and I doubt that they've even considered the issue yet. Their system flagged it and it has simply gone through the usual routine designed to nab ID fraudsters. As I said before, that has most likely prompted an automatic STR which means they aren't allowed to talk to you about it. Eventually I'm predicting that they will wake up to the error and attempt to rectify it. But if you don't follow up the case may just gather dust instead. Moneybookers is such a useful and efficient service generally that I'd be fighting to keep it rather than just rolling over and accepting your fate.

I successfully switched from MB to neteller in about 40 books.You just need to deposit first small amount with neteller, and when you request withdrawal, explain to CS that you dont longer have MB account.

This is definately your best option, I have a friend who had the same problem and he did just that without any problems :-)

I still maintain that this is just a system generated error and that nobody at Moneybookers has really looked into it properly.

wavey, you need to inform Pinnacle CS that you dont longer have MB account, they will ask you proof of that and you need to send them some screenshots.Same with Sbobet, I think. No problems there.

About betus, if they usually accept neteller as payment method, I dont see reason why they cant process it that way.And at least they MUST be able to do bank transfer.

Also, keep in mind that you dont need to withdraw all money from books, just tell them all, including betus, that you are now forced to switch e-wallet, but that you want to keep playing at them as usual.
