ill be the 1st to praise them if i get it tomorrow but doubt it. there timeframe is long enough (2 weeks/ 10 business days). they should be able to meet this. i was told when i requested the withdrawal not to expect delays and the complaints at sbr are incidents in the past from a bad processor. we will see!Comment -

8k wire just posted in my account. All in all it took 15 business days (5 more than max advertised). To be honest I would have been completely fine with this if it werent for different deadline dates I received from everyone I spoke to. I hope everyone's shows up soon. From all the posts it seems apparent that you WILL indeed get paid, just not within the time limits set by BOL.

Requested a $15k wire on 10/3. Received BO email on 10/28 which stated that it was processed. My bank required additional notes to be added so that might delay it a few days for proper crediting.Comment -

Well unfortunately after the first **** taking over 3 weeks almost a month, and the second only being a day late, I'm back in the process of waiting again. I truly thought that the new process would improve efficiency. It's like I said the first time I had this problem, I don't mind if I am told it will take 3 weeks but when reassured over and over you will have it by monday... Then by Tuesday... Then by Friday at the latest and then "sometime next week" it makes me realize that something is wrong. The book, the software, the processor whatever. I just want a book where I can get action and then get paid within the same month I withdrawl.
It really is a shame because I love everything else about the book. Anyone who uses Betonline.com know of a faster PO method so I keep using their book?Comment -

Lou is MIA but from reading other posts there are many complaints!! I am moving to another site. BOL is very bad with CS and awful about lying to customers. If you are looking at BOL I would look somewhere else. SBR rates this site as B+ and that is way too high!!! GL!

This book is a joke but even more of a joke is the cozy relationship between sbr and the books they are in bed with(the ones with payout problems and a favorable rating) every review of a sportsbook should lead with their payout rating and a link for customer reviews of the site.
