Not at all. I requested the payout yesterday morning and got it late in the evening.

There are a lot of rumors in the industry, and it is easy for someone to make a post or write an email and say this or that. And SBR did eventually lower Bet Phoenix rating so I don't know what the complaining is about. And I cashed out of this outfit, glad I did, and glad SBR warned me about them.
