Kathy and Alex are two of the best CS reps I have ever dealt with and I have played everywhere in the last 18 years. BP was kinda like the 13 year old kid trying to hang out with the 16 year olds because they drive. They tried to grow up to fast and it all went away. I see alot of the same crap going on with BetOnline right now. They are pulling crap daily and I am about to cashout and just stick with Bookmaker and 5Dimes.

Its a nice free standing office, I'd say its about 10,000 sq ft. Everything was new and the place looked very organized. A lot of effort and investment went into BP.

100% not true. One thing I've learned from living in Costa Rica, don't believe "anything" (overstatement for emphasis) you hear from a local until you see it with your own eyes. Sounds like nothing more than a disgruntled ex-employee IMO

i hope ur kidding.. because nothing but betphoenix goes under can be paid out.. unless u set a date with ur bet.. if u do, i might place a wager for Rumor.. why? because I do believe that before a book shuts its doors and goes under they would become slow paying/stiffs first and betphoenix has yet to do that to many clientele... imo they will be here for football and take much action and make a full decision then whether or not to pay, my guess is they will stay around..but they lost the cool look as the next "great book"

Richard is more than welcome to make a cameo and set the record straight. They were recently downgraded by SBR due to complaints and eWallet problems.

I would caution that ex employees tend to exaggerate and sometimes do not fully understand what a sportsbook manger is doing. We have seen good books for example let their outbound sales staff go because they couldn't fund. Those same employees would tip us off that they are "letting everyone go".

betmania/Betphoenix has been slow pay for at least a year. took me 4 months to withdraw 6000. I was a losing betmania customer for 4 or 5 years Got hot on horses one saturday and got cut to $20 bet limit on horses.

I think our C+ rating on them including the 3 consecutive downgrades this year makes clear how we feel. I'm guessing we will hear some news soon. Probably some restructuring news which will hopefully streamline their operation. If they did let a lot of folks go I think we should all wait and evaluate the moves. Once upon a time growing book let nearly everyone go and insisted all business be done over the net. Pinnacle seemed to do just fine from there on. All I'm saying is it could be a lot of things. They could combine all their brands, they could sell off all non core businesses, they could outsource to Bookmaker or another bookmaker, sell out completely and/or many other options.

However it is shitty to be at the top just to be let go with no warning. But what doesnt kill you make you stronger..i will let you guys know where i am heading maybe another book or something else. It was a great time, i learned alot but i will miss alot of the friends i made there. Goodnight and good luck.
