Well I came upon several issues so far-and will gladly share them with you-they are new-yet could not wager more than 250.00 on a tennis match where the favorite was around -3.30 this morning-no tri-or pic 3"s-or superfectas-no race rebates-and the call center for wagering is handling other stores-called Sat. and was answered by another site-well just spoke to customer service this morning for a withdraw-however the information that I received on chat last night was different then what I got on the phone just now. well I cashed out 211 dollars on a 500 deposit had a few problems dont wanna badmouth the book I think there trying hard. Customer service was great Had 5 or 6 misgrades all winners to losers. Had a japanese baseball game 12-3 winner i had to prove it was a winner by showing 4 diferent things. to thee credit corrected everything. But i was getting aggrevated everyday. Misgrades happen but would expect to see both ways lol. They did pay very quick 30 minutes Just not sure ill use them again felt like i was always complaining.

I was holding off posting about Jon and betislands till now.
I spoke with Jon on the phone last week (I think it was a fluke he picked up) as I was generally inquiring about their operation, management, and what we can expect from them moving ahead.
I would put Jon right up there with Scotty from BetJm.
Those who recognize my handle and know my posts will appreciate this report.

FWIW, I probably made a couple hundred bets at betislands and I only had one wager graded incorrectly (tennis) and it happened to be in my favor..I'd assume they were just using an unreliable source for their Japanese baseball results, I'm sure your experience wasn't intentional..

they always treat me great betjam has been my #1 book for a long time now but betislands is right up there CS is amazing and payouts are quick . i will be useing 3 books this coming nfl season and betislands is one of them

This is a big thing for new books. Maybe 10% of their business sitting up there in Canada using Moneybookers.

You are right . Canadians who use MB will never go back to W/U even with the bonus perks it's not worth it .
It's like asking someone "you wanna walk 100 miles or drive " . I can get same bonus with other books without leaving my home , same with a payouts .

With MB I would definitely give them a try .
