Yes B2B is good, otherwise I have to keep redepositing cause I keep losing

yeah for sure- and a great site its turning out to be so far-

im not even complaining, im informing posters that if they have a straight bet and a parlay in mind- they would be wiser to do the straight bet first- win 22 bucks from their 25 and then put that on a parlay instead of risking it on a parlay first- because you have to rollover what you win from the freeplay- not the freeplay amount. much easier to roll "22" 8 times (176) than 130 8 times (1040)

im fairly certain in my experience, most sites have you roll over the actual freeplay amount and this might catch some people off-guard- assuming its the same here.

free payouts, fast payouts, lots of betting options in lots of sports with friendly and helpful customer service (have talked to jon, jim, nick), great bonuses, fast grading, communication with sbr-

you guys are doin a lot of things right- keep it up. this is the kinda book that should be A+ and at the top of the screen- sponsorship-aside.

Also, the layout is kinda stale at times I have to scroll all the way down to see betting o ptions. Change the look of the sportsbook lol. Some soccer matches dont have Draw options just .5 lines so it isnt a top book for soccer ftw... BI is a nice out... even with these minor things..

Stop the nonsense. Post as if your posts mean something. There are established books out there that have been paying promptly for over a decade and have special deposit methods for long term customers. Betphoenix was looking good 2 or 3 years ago.

Thanks for all the feedback.

We are actually looking to launch our new website within 2 weeks taking into consideration feedback posted on this thread.

Regarding Betislands and its deposit methods just because we choose to not deal with deposits in plastic does not make us more or less of a book we just do not want to bother with 3rd parties or worry about funds being confiscated this allows us to pay same day and send our larger checks without an issue , there have been winners in the larger figures I just do not ask them to post. Trust me as public as we are the day there is a delay you will hear it about rather quickly.

I don't think there is a complaint against a shop I have managed / owned up until today in which the player was not treated fairly.

I have always stated that the best way to promote a shop is paying clients out and giving them good service , no shop is perfect some may have asian handicaps in soccer some may not , some may offer alternative spreads some may not , some may offer player props some may not etc etc. It all depends what the bettor is looking for if they want something we do not have I will do my best within my reach to offer that to them.

We are just trying to run a shop that is player friendly and pays people out on time .. that doesn't take CC because when we get cash it allows us to send cash right back to the client in 3 - 4 hours and our checks in 2 -3 working days. ( That is the main reason )

Still hoping you upgrade your teasers to ties win on the pro sports too. Jazz is currently getting my WNBA and Canadien FB teaser action because of this. I'll have to give them my NFL action as well if the change isn't made.

BI wants the feedback, so let's allow them to decide which are viable options and which are not. Obviously they can't offer a free half point plus reduced juice--either would be great. For teasers, I'm just asking them to match Jazz which has the exact same software. Somewhere down the line, it would be great if they could do b2b with a major Book like 5D or Greek--that would put BI on track to be an A Book.

Hi Jerm,

I can see were you are coming from with this statement , but I intend to make Betislands one of the all time books for US and Canadian clients based on top notch CS and steady payouts.

I do feel we can offer all the best features if done correctly and with proper risk management ,like Hedge mentioned above offering low juice and high bonuses , or free half points with low juice is a one way ticket to neverland for a bookmaker.

At this point I can assure you all that you will be more than pleased with the packages we will be offering , we can offer all the good things but with all the right rules.

I always thank people for the feedback because honestly a shop can never get better unless it knows were it goes wrong.
